"Antonio?"

Liora’s mother and siblings exchanged glances in disbelief.

“I… I have to tell you the truth. It was Damien… he kidnapped me,” Liora began.

The room froze.

Her mother’s hand flew to her mouth, her eyes wide with horror.

“What did you just say? Damien kidnapped you?”

“Yes, Mum. He came to demand my hand in marriage, and I refused him. I told him I wouldn’t marry him, and… well… I think that’s why he sent his men to take me,” Liora said, swallowing hard.

Her siblings gasped, and her uncle, who had just walked in after making a call, furrowed his brows in disbelief.

“Are you saying he abducted you? That’s outrageous!”

“Yes!” Liora exclaimed, her voice trembling with emotion.

“I tried to get away, but his men overpowered me. And… and Antonio—Antonio saved me. He fought Damien’s men and got me out safely.”

Her mother’s face contorted, skepticism immediately replacing her fear.

“Wait… Antonio Morris?” she asked, her voice tight with disbelief.

“The same Antonio Morris you’

The call connected on the third ring.Robert Adams straightened in his chair, his expression settling into the cold calm that had earned him both fear and influence in Gelrith City. He did not bother with pleasantries. The man on the other end already knew who he was.“I’m calling about Cynthia Morris,” Robert said slowly. “The real daughter of Elias Greyson.”There was a brief pause on the line, the kind that came when someone recognized a name heavy with meaning.“I know her,” the voice replied carefully.“Good,” Robert said. “Then you also know what she represents.”Silence followed again, thicker this time.Robert leaned back, his fingers tapping against the armrest. “Cynthia Morris is more than Elias Greyson’s daughter. She is tied—legally and strategically—to the Morris family’s possessions. Assets. Holdings. Influence.” His eyes hardened. “Things that should already have changed hands.”The man listened.“I want her for my son, Kent,” Robert continued. “Not out of affection.

Robert leaned back in his chair, folding his arms with slow deliberation. When he spoke, his voice was unsettlingly calm.“Sit down, Kent.”Kent whirled around, chest rising and falling. “Do you expect me to be calm after what she said to me?”“Yes,” Robert answered coolly. “Because your anger is unnecessary. You won’t need to do anything.”Kent froze. “What are you talking about?”Robert sighed, as though he had been holding back a truth for far too long. “I know what to do with Cynthia. I’ve known for a while now that her cup was nearly full.” His eyes hardened. “After today, it has overflowed.”Kent stared at him, shock stirring beneath his fury.Robert stood slowly, hands clasped behind him as he walked toward the window. He looked out into the fading evening light, his voice turning cold and thoughtful.“Even though Elias Greyson is a close friend of mine… Cynthia has crossed her boundaries with me more than once. Especially regarding Bellagio Group.”Kent blinked in confusion. “

Robert Adams was seated in the living room, reviewing some paperwork when Kent barged in. The moment Robert looked up and saw Kent’s flushed face and trembling hands, he set the documents aside.“Kent,” Robert called cautiously, “what happened?”Kent whirled around, breathing heavily. “You want to know what happened?” he spat. “I’ll tell you what happened. I tried. I tried to be patient, tried to be polite, tried to meet her father halfway. And what did I get? Embarrassment! Humiliation!”Robert remained calm, folding his arms. “Sit down and explain.”Kent did not sit; instead he paced, each movement more intense than the last. “She insulted me, Dad. Cynthia insulted me in front of her father. She looked me straight in the eye and said she would rather marry a criminal or a lunatic on the street than even consider marrying me.”Robert blinked, stunned. “She said that?”Kent slammed his hand into the wooden edge of the table. “Word for word! As if I’m some worthless piece of dirt!

The sun had already begun its descent behind the distant hills, casting long shadows across the Greyson estate, but the warmth of the evening did little to calm the storm that had just erupted in Elias Greyson’s mind. His phone vibrated violently in his hand, the caller ID flashing the number of a hospital emergency line. With a sense of foreboding, he answered.“Sir, we have found your wife, Marianne,” a voice said, strained and urgent. “She was struck down beside the road. Someone saw her lying there and called for assistance. She’s being transported to the hospital now.”Elias felt his chest tighten. The world seemed to stop for a moment, the words sinking into him like heavy stones. His knees went weak, but he forced himself to stand. “Which hospital?” he asked urgently.“St. Raphael Medical Center, sir. She’s stable for now, but she needs immediate attention,” the voice replied.Elias’s hand shook as he ended the call. He turned to Cynthia, who had been nearby, her expression sud

The room was heavy with tension, thick enough to choke anyone who dared breathe wrong. Antonio had finally cornered Cynthia, the trap he had meticulously laid out over days, even weeks, now coming to its cruelest fruition. The soft glow from the ornate lamps cast shadows across the walls, flickering in rhythm with the heartbeat of the room, as Antonio’s eyes glimmered with a disturbing mix of triumph and lust.Cynthia sat on the edge of the bed, her hands clenched in fists, her body trembling—not from fear, but from fury and resolve. She refused to let him see the panic she felt. But even as she steeled herself, she could not hide the anxiety that surged through her veins as Antonio moved closer. Every calculated step he took, every word he whispered, reeked of danger.“Finally, my darling,” Antonio said, his voice low and smooth, like oil over a blade. “Tonight is the night we begin our life together properly.” His eyes roved over her, dark with intentions Cynthia had no desire to en

Here’s a smoother and expanded version of your text, extended to approximately 1,200 words without adding extra narrative at the end:Elias stared at his daughter as though she had just spoken an impossible language. The words still hung in the air—sharp, unwavering, bold.“If he is Robert Adams’s son, then I won’t marry him. Not today. Not tomorrow. Not ever.”For a moment, even the air in the spacious living room seemed to tighten, almost compressing around them. Kent stood motionless, hands clasped calmly in front of him, his expression unreadable, while Elias’s eyes widened at Cynthia as if she had personally insulted him. The clock ticked somewhere in the background, but its sound seemed distant, almost irrelevant in the charged silence.“What?” Elias finally breathed, his voice a mixture of disbelief and frustration. “Cynthia, what did you just say?”Cynthia tightened her grip around her handbag, her chest rising and falling with sharp, uneven breaths. “You heard me, Dad. I ca
