Isa was riding high. After surviving the ambush with Azlan and Joseph, his reputation soared even higher in school. He was no longer just “that loud guy” or “the troublemaker”; now, he was someone students respected—or feared. But Isa had bigger goals.

His System reminded him every day:

[Flirt King Mission: 75% Progress. Objective: Win Stacy’s Heart.]

Isa smirked to himself. “Piece of cake.”

The next day, Isa spotted Stacy in the cafeteria. She was sitting with her friends, laughing at something on her phone. She looked radiant, her laugh lighting up the room. Isa’s heart skipped a beat.

He took a deep breath. This is it.

As Isa approached the table, Stacy’s friends noticed him first. Their chatter stopped, replaced by curious whispers.

“Hey, Stacy,” Isa said, leaning casually against the table.

Stacy looked up, surprised. “Isa? What are you doing here?”

“I was in the area,” Isa said with a grin, pretending not to notice her skeptical look. “Thought I’d stop by and say hi. You know, brighten your day a little.”

One of her friends giggled, while another rolled her eyes. Stacy, however, kept her expression neutral.

“You’ve been acting different lately,” Stacy said, crossing her arms. “What’s your deal?”

Isa feigned innocence. “What deal? I’m just trying to be a better guy. Is that so hard to believe?”

Stacy raised an eyebrow. “Considering your history? Yes.”

Isa chuckled, scratching the back of his head. “Fair enough. But people can change. Maybe you’ll see that if you give me a chance.”

[Flirt King Progress: 80%. Host is demonstrating sincerity. Continue building rapport.]

Stacy’s friends nudged her, whispering, “He’s kinda cute when he’s trying, isn’t he?”

“Fine,” Stacy said finally, a small smile tugging at her lips. “One chance. But don’t blow it.”

Isa grinned. “Wouldn’t dream of it.”

That afternoon, Isa met Stacy in the library. She had agreed to help him with his studies—though Isa suspected she was more curious about his intentions than his academic struggles.

“Alright,” Stacy said, flipping open a textbook. “Let’s start with math. What’s 12 times 8?”

Isa stared blankly at the page, his brain scrambling. The System, as always, came to his rescue.

[Answer: 96.]

“Easy,” Isa said confidently. “96.”

Stacy blinked. “Huh. Didn’t think you’d get that one right.”

Isa smirked. “Told you, I’ve got hidden depths.”

The study session continued, with Isa relying on the System to feed him answers. But even as he aced question after question, he found himself genuinely enjoying Stacy’s company. She was smart, funny, and had a way of calling him out that he found oddly charming.

As the session ended, Stacy leaned back in her chair, looking thoughtful.

“You’re full of surprises, Isa,” she said.

He leaned forward, resting his chin on his hand. “Stick around, and you’ll see even more.”

[Flirt King Progress: 90%. Host is nearing mission completion. Warning: A final test is approaching.]

The next day, Isa’s System alerted him to a new challenge.

[Alert: Rivals Detected.]

Isa spotted two seniors approaching Stacy in the hallway. One of them, Shah, was tall and smooth-talking, his confident smile making Isa’s blood boil. The other, Imran, was quieter but no less intimidating.

“Hey, Stacy,” Shah said, leaning casually against her locker. “You’ve been hanging around Isa a lot lately. You can do better, you know.”

Imran nodded. “Someone like you deserves a real man, not some wannabe.”

Isa clenched his fists, his temper flaring. But before he could step in, Stacy responded.

“Isa’s a lot of things,” she said, her tone sharp. “But at least he’s honest. Unlike some people.”

Shah frowned, taken aback. “What’s that supposed to mean?”

“It means,” Stacy said, closing her locker with a loud clang, “I’d rather spend my time with someone real than waste it on fake compliments.”

As Stacy walked away, Isa stepped out of the shadows, smirking at the stunned seniors.

“Looks like I’ve already won,” Isa said, his voice dripping with satisfaction.

Shah glared at him but didn’t respond.

Mission Complete

Later that evening, Isa’s System finally chimed.

[Flirt King Mission Complete.]

[Reward: +10 Charisma, +5 Confidence. Unlocking new mission categories.]

Isa leaned back on his bed, grinning. “Not bad, System. Not bad at all.”

But before he could celebrate further, the System chimed again.

[New Mission Categories Unlocked: Leadership, Romance, and Combat.]

[Alert: Upcoming school event detected. New challenges await.]

Isa’s grin widened. “Looks like the real fun is just getting started.”

He edged closer, peering around a corner to find three men cornering a young woman against a crumbling wall.“Empty your bag,” one of the men snarled, brandishing a knife. “Now.”The woman’s hands trembled as she clutched her bag tightly, her voice barely audible. “P-please, I don’t have much…”Shadow’s jaw tightened.
