When the director realizes that Lorenzo has been telling the truth, he falls to his face trembling like a jellyfish.

The head nurse that insulted and humiliated his mother also goes straight to her knees.

Is this a dream?! Angus can't believe that these two idiots are now begging him. So this strange man, Lorenzo, is he telling the truth?

Lorenzo turns to Angus and bows to him with a smile.

"Young Master, now that we have bought the hospital, they can now cure our Mistress."

At that instance, Angus' mother moves at her hand, as if she was reaching out for him.

He runs to her side and holds her hand, kissing it. Thank God that his mother is still holding on to life.

"Don't worry, Mum, I will keep you alive no matter what." He whispers to her.

"Someone get me a bed!" The director screams as if that is going to account for all of his sins.

Angus scoffs as she looks at Lorenzo, who is waiting for whatever he is going to say.

"After all the insults and humiliation these people threw at me and my mother, I don't think I trust them and their doctors enough to perform the surgery on my mother," Angus says.

The director and the head nurse shake even more.

"Please, forgive us, sir, we didn't know that you are this powerful." The nurse begs.

The director is by her side, crying as if his life depends on it, maybe it does because this poor man's family has bought this hospital and he might not have a job anymore.

Lorenzo smiles and takes out his phone. He makes a quick phone call and it is so fast that Angus isn't sure of what has happened.

"Don't worry, young master, I have taken care of that."

The bed comes and he carries his mother up to it, still holding her hand.

Suddenly the door opens and doctors rush into the floor from the elevator.

They were in their white coats and even had their devices in their hands. Their white coats give them the appearance of angels.

"Make way, please, this is an emergency." The female ahead of them shouts.

People press themselves against the wall to give them space.

Angus's eyes were wide with surprise, isn't the female doctor the one who was on national television? The one who was appointed as the best in the country?

"Oh my God, it's the fearless five!" One of the doctors gasps as he points to the doctors coming in.

Everyone looks at them in shock.

The fearless five is the name of a group of very qualified doctors. Together, they can treat any sickness and save the life of the patient. They have brought back several people back to life too!

One of the doctors swallows a gulp and summons courage as he steps in front of them with his phone in his hand.

"Can I please have a photo?" He asks in a trembling voice.

"Do not disturb the fearless five, they have come to attend to very important business!" Lorenzo shouts.

They immediately walk past the boy and rush to Angus' mother's side.

They make a straight line in front of Angus and immediately bow to him at the same time.

Angus is taken aback, this is becoming too real for a prank.

They get to work immediately, checking her vitals and looking for signs of what was going on.

Angus stands by the side, but his mother's free hand is in his.

As they work, the other doctors are looking on in shock, they are whispering to themselves how skillful the doctors are.

One of them even dares to take out his phone to record it, but Lorenzo catches him in the act.

"Do not distract the doctors, this is a very crucial situation," Lorenzo warns strictly.

The doctors went on and in a few minutes, they came up with a true diagnosis.

"It seems that Mistress is just malnourished, her health was manageable, but it was worsened by the fact that she hadn't eaten for days." The first doctor looks up.

"What?" Angus is shocked.

"Yes, her eyes are weak and her breath heavy, she hasn't eaten in days and that's why she just suddenly became worse." Another doctor declares.

Angus angrily looks at the head nurse and the director, they look down in guilt and fear.

They have been pretending to take care of his mother, but that was all lies, he can't believe that he trusted them.

He holds his mother's can't, he finds his anger growing even more.

"I see." He nods. "Now, I am going to throw everyone who has a hand in this in jail."

The crowd gasps in fear.

Lorenzo smiles in pleasantness.

"That's a good idea, young master. From what I see, this is attempted murder." He says.

The head nurse and the director start to cry in fear, they fall flat on their faces as they plead for their lives to be spared.

Angus knows people like them, Angus knows that they wouldn't be begging like this if Lorenzo never showed up if he was still a poor loser.

Even the doctors and nurses, and the other staff of the hospital, are begging Angus too.

He knows that he has the power to close down this hospital, he can throw them out in the street and they will be jobless.

Lorenzo is standing in the corner with his hands folded and a small smile on his face, he is just waiting for the order from Angus.

Angus has never felt that he has so much power as he does now.

His mother is poor, his whole life has been a sad tale, so why the hell has he become so powerful?

He looks at Lorenzo and realizes that this is indeed not a prank, it was as real and serious as a heart attack.

He moves closer to Lorenzo and he asks him a question he should have asked from the start.

"I appreciate what you have done for my mother, you have just saved her life, but what is happening?" Angus asks. "Why did you even refer to me as 'young master'?"

Lorenzo only smiles at him.

"I know that this is the wrong time to tell you this shocking news, but you are the lost son of a superfamily."

Angus is shocked to his bones.
