The three women glanced at each other before nodding their heads at April. One of the other two women spoke first.

“We were sent to keep an eye on you. But we couldn't get into a noticeable range until we were sure your life was in danger.”

Then the other woman spoke next.

“Even though we saw that stalker who was trailing you, we still didn't have the permission to provide support. So we could only remain out of your sight while we watched.”

Then the girl seated at the bedside spoke next.

“It was after we confirmed that the terrible witch was planning on doing something heinous with those four thugs that we got permission to provide aid.”

April had multiple questions in her mind, but she went for the most important one.

“You ladies keep saying someone sent you to save me. Am I at liberty to ask who is this boss, or client of yours?”

Before any of these ladies could say anything, a male voice was heard as a figure entered the luxurious bedroom.
