“Grandma, don't!”

Everyone at the school's main gate, including Alexa and Andrew, were shocked at the voice, and they looked up to find Benjamin rushing over.

“Benjy?” The old woman felt a wave of relief wash through her at the sight of her grandson. “Oh, my Benjy!”

“Grandma, are you alright?!” Benjamin gently held up his grandmother's body. He then shifted an angry gaze up at Andrew. “You're a piece of trash, you know that? How dare you ask my grandmother to kneel before you?! Even if you hated me so much, you should at least give some respect for her age!”

Andrew scoffed. “Her age? Why the heck should I show her any care? She's not my grandmother.” He then suddenly covered his nose. “Ugh! Now that both the boy and his grandmother are together, I can really smell the stench of wretchedness.”

Alexa giggled as she lightly punched her nose. “Unfortunately, I can smell it as well.”

Benjamin was furious as he gently moved his grandmother backwards, away from the two. “Grandma, give me a second.”

The old woman stared at her grandson with wide eyes. “Benjy, what are you going to do? Don't go looking for trouble.”

Benjamin smiled at his grandmother. “I'm not. I'm simply teaching a foul-mouthed guy to watch his words.”

The cocky smile on Andrew's face faded as he saw Benjamin slowly walking closer to him. “Hey! What the hell do you think you're doing?! Stay right there, or else, I won't hesitate to turn your suspension into an expulsion.”

“Then go on! Do it right now,” Benjamin sneered, feeling really good that he could finally give this retort.

He knew clearly why Andrew was so confident. It was all because of his wealthy father.

But now, things had changed.  He'd give him a taste of his own medicine.

“Do you think your threat matters to me? Then you're a bigger fool than I've always assumed.”

“What?” Andrew was lost for words, and he didn't know how to feel. This was the first time Benjamin would throw such a threat right back in his face. It honestly left him shocked.

Alexa was also stunned into silence. This suddenly didn't seem like the cowardice Benjamin that she knew.

“Benjy, stop.” Benjamin's grandmother suddenly called out as she grabbed his hand. “Your situation is already not good. You shouldn't be caught in a fight.”

“ Don't worry about this, grandma, okay? I can deal with it.” Benjamin patted his grandmother on the back.

“Benjamin!”

Everyone turned to find Benjamin's best friend, Max, rushing over. He had been hiding near the school’s main gates, keeping an eye on the situation until Benjamin got here.

“Buddy, you should calm down first, okay?” Max held Benjamin's shoulders. “Listen to your grandma.”

The old woman pulled at Benjamin's wrist. “Benjy, please, let's leave before we make a scene, okay?”

“Hey! Where do you think you're going?!” Andrew yelled out with a commanding tone and a smug look on his face as he saw that the grandmother and Max were scared of him. “You dare to walk away when you haven't even made amends for your rude behaviour. I want a proper apology, then you also need to pay up for the medical bills, or have you forgotten how you physically assaulted me?” He was definitely not about to let Benjamin off so easily.

Benjamin gritted his teeth at this, not believing that Andrew would suddenly mention this shamelessly. What about the more brutal assault he was dealt by Andrew and his bodyguards?

Without saying a word to her grandson, Benjamin’s grandmother suddenly rushed forward with her purse wide open, approaching Andrew.

“Please, let me reimburse your medical bills with all I have. I hope you don't report this.”

Benjamin went to stop his grandmother when he saw her pouring out all her money. “Grandma!”

The old woman ignored him, giving all her money to Andrew. “Mister, this is all I have. Please, I hope you will let this matter….”

“Are you kidding me?” Andrew's cold voice cut the old woman off. “Is this a freakin $400 you just put in my hands?! You want to humiliate me with this?!” With a yell, he threw the money at the old woman's face, watching her fall to the ground from his outburst.

Everyone watched as Andrew then spat on her.

“You bastard!”

Benjamin snarled, grabbing Andrew in the collar and pushing him against the gate.

“Andrew Knox, get away from him right now!”Hearing that familiar voice, Benjamin sneered ironically. It was that "responsible" director again. He sure had a knack for showing up at just the right time!

Now that the conversation around Norman Sullivan was done with, Hunter cleared his throat, his demeanor showing that he was setting a serious mood.“Now, would you like to know about your parents, my boy?”The mood definitely followed Hunter's setting and Benjamin sat with a slightly hunched posture.“My parents. Grandpa, how long have you known about the death of my parents?”Hunter shared a look with Herbert McKlin before answering with an awkward expression.“I….I've known the truth about the death of my son and daughter-in-law for a few years, before I reached out to you.”Benjamin stared at his grandfather in utter silence that was heavy with tension.“You knew that my parents were murdered all these years, and you never mentioned it to me. Grandpa, what if we never discovered the things we know now? Would you have ever told me the truth?”Hunter sighed, bringing a hand to his temple.“First of all, my boy, I would like to apologize to you. Benjamin, I'm sorry that I kept the tr

  • Chapter 692

Since the Wood family's rebellion was something that began due to the horrible treatment they received at the hands of the elders at the time, and that entire incident was related to the existence and acknowledgement of Norman Sullivan, the truth about the rebellion of the Wood family could not be revealed.April shook her head.“It is understandable that the Wood family got what they deserved. Not the part where they never got the compensation they demanded for. That part was horrible. But rebelling and taking actions to usurp the Whiteridge family's notable members was definitely a choice that required meticulous planning. As soldiers made powerful and extraordinary, they have sworn to submit their lives in absolute loyalty to us. The fact that they developed the desire to wipe out the important members of their master family, shows that they've been a threat to the system.”She nodded her head firmly.“They deserved what they got. But…..”Seeing his girlfriend turn to him, Benjami

Benjamin read the files and immediately understood the diabolical ways in which Norman had massacred so many people within the prime estate that awful day.He had learned their weaknesses, biologically and strategically. Through his endless trials and errors, Norman Sullivan had come to understand the biological structure of everyone, mostly humans, but more specifically, the members of the Whiteridge family's Prime Estate's barracks. The Whiteridge soldiers have always been Norman's primary source of inspiration, as all the endless experiments he conducted for years were aimed at further enhancing the genetic alterations of the Whiteridge soldiers, thereby increasing the family's core support in terms of both quantity and quality. After all, the desire was to dominate the entire globe, and that needed to start by dominating the superhuman production market, according to Norman.Hunter sighed, massaging his temple as this entire history narration was causing him a headache.“Norman

  • Chapter 690

Way too many people had begun to suspect Norman of the mysterious corpses that were found to be glowing on and around the prime estate. “But my older brother was always incredibly brilliant, finding scapegoats and loopholes to bypass the suspicions from landing firmly on him.”“The experiments done on trafficked victims were paused. In fact, Norman paused the entire trafficking at the time. But letting watchful eyes shift from you and your people is incredibly hard. It wasn't that Norman didn't have the patience, but it was more so that he couldn't stop the strong itch that was his desire to resume the experiments as soon as possible.”“But since he couldn't dare resume trafficking victims from outside the prime estate, Norman developed an insanely bold idea.”April's friend deepened as she felt a trace of dread from Great Master Hunter, who was making the recounts.“Don't tell me……he began using people within the prime estate as his lab rats."Benjamin recalled what his grandfather

  • Chapter 689

Great Master Hunter Whiteridge sent on to talk about how Norman Sullivan had long been killing his pets through experiments that started out as a curiosity filler.“By his teenage years, Norman had gotten bored with experimenting on animals. Around that time, he had long become estranged from the rest of us, his siblings, and even our mother, the matriarch.”“Around that time, we all just assumed that Norman was dedicated to achieving his goal of solidifying his status as the heir apparent. My mother mentioned that despite the fact that I was the closest to challenging my older brother for that position, Norman was simply too ahead of me in the game. He already amazed so much support for himself, and at that point, I gave in. I chose to focus on simply doing my best.”Hunter smirked, letting a low and brief airy chuckle.“Maybe that's why I ended up becoming the heir apparent after Norman was ostracized, and then later exiled from the Whiteridge family.”Benjamin shook his head.“But

“Norman Sullivan Whiteridge. That's his name, my boy.”Hunter's answer made Benjamin and April exchange a look of relief. Finally getting an actual name to this face felt like a milestone had actually been reached.“Grandpa, how exactly is Norman Sullivan related to this family?”Hunter exchanged a look with Prime Butler Herbert McKlin before sighing.“Benjamin, he's my older brother, your granduncle.”Benjamin's eyes became measured, composing himself as he listened attentively to everything that would be said from here on.“My granduncle, huh? So he is one of the direct descendants of the patriarch before you.”The Great Master Hunter raised an index finger.“Don't forget, it wasn't a patriarch that existed before me, it was a matriarch. My mother was the great madam of the Whiteridge family at the time.”He allowed a moment of silence to pass before he explained further.“As you may have noticed, Norman's identity, picture, or any form of details, as well as proof of existence, ha
