Ch.7 - Training

Ye Yuan was now inside the inn room after witnessing how the concubine was executed.

“To reach the core formation realm, I must form my energy core which will be an important source of power.” Ye Yuan meditated, closing his eyes, concentrating fully.

Energy was concentrated in Ye Yuan's Dantian, creating a concentrated energy vortex to form an energy core.

“Before I had a Yang energy core, I already had a deep understanding of Yang energy, because of the Yang element inherent in my body, I was completely unable to accept any type of Yin element from any source..”

“..But I have done a lot of research on the Yin element before, so I have a lot of knowledge about it.” Ye Yuan did not lower his concentration.
