Upon everything that had happen, Donald and Evelyn thought they were saved and no one had see them throw Jenny's corpse inside the river.

Donald didn't feel remorse about killing Jenny, what disturbed him was getting caught by the police and spending his entire life in jail.

He stayed up all night after cleaning the mess made, he could sleep but constantly rolled left and right on his bed. He head was full with so many thoughts and he kept on thinking and envisioning his life. At some point, he began to regret why he killed Jenny.

"Well, it wasn't intentional, she brought the calamity upon herself just because she wouldn't listen." He convinced himself aloud and continued thinking until he slept off.

There was a continuous knock on the door which was starting to sound like a bang. Donald who had been sleeping suddenly jumped out of his bed the moment he heard the knock. It took him a few minutes to realized that it was midday.
