The livestream chat buzzed with speculation and curiosity as Willy Morgan continued to make substantial purchases.

“Sir, everything is ready. Please follow me to the finance office to complete the paperwork. I’ll carry your items for you!” Mr. Zhang eagerly took the bags from Willy’s hands and led the way to the finance office.

After signing the purchase contract and paying the total of $13,366,000 for the apartment and the garage, Mr. Zhang handed the keys to Willy Morgan.

“Mr. Morgan, here are your keys!”

“Uh… just call me Mr. Morgan. No need for formal titles.”

“Of course, Mr. Morgan! You can schedule a time to inspect the property, and we’ll have professionals accompany you. Before your visit, please contact me, and I’ll personally assist you. We’ll also replace the fingerprint locks when you inspect the property. Additionally, here are three cards for you: one for building access, a VIP card for the clubhouse, and a garage entry card. When would you like to inspect the property?”

As the two were about to leave, Willy felt a sudden need to use the restroom. “Hold onto my things for a moment. I need to use the restroom.”

“Of course, Mr. Morgan. I’ll wait here.”

No sooner had Willy gone to the restroom than Mr. Apple and Mr. Banana approached Mr. Zhang.

Seeing them with a phone and livestream running, Mr. Zhang grew wary and asked, “What do you want?”

“Hey man, did that guy really buy a house here? We saw you running around helping him out.”

“Of course! He’s my biggest client! He just bought a unit for over $13 million! Who are you guys, and why are you asking?”

Upon hearing this, Mr. Apple and Mr. Banana were stunned, and the livestream chat exploded with activity once again.

“Why was that guy dressed like a bum earlier? I thought he was a mechanic, but it turns out he’s living at the top of Los Angeles society!”

“You’re not the only one fooled, these two streamers thought he was a nobody, but he’s the real deal!”

When Willy returned from the restroom, Mr. Apple and Mr. Banana had already left.

Mr. Zhang was thrilled to be riding in Willy’s Ferrari. He couldn’t resist taking selfies, recording videos, and posting updates on LINE during the drive.

After a short trip, they arrived at Silver Lake Enclave, where the property manager, head of security, and other staff were eagerly waiting to greet them.

Willy was uncomfortable with the attention, finding it all a bit excessive.

After parking in his newly acquired garage, Mr. Zhang took the elevator to the 23rd floor of Silver Lake Enclave’s Building 3. As Willy’s hand trembled slightly while opening the door, he felt a deep sense of accomplishment, this luxury apartment symbolized that he finally had a true home, a place that provided a sense of security.

The door opened to reveal a spacious foyer with high-end dark gray tiles, giving the space a modern and luxurious feel. As Willy moved further inside, he was greeted by an expansive living room of nearly 200 square meters. The furniture was all sleek, modern light gray tones, balancing the space without making it feel too old-fashioned or dark.

The living room flowed seamlessly into a Western-style kitchen, which then connected to a Chinese-style kitchen. Willy took a tour of the entire apartment: three master bedrooms, four guest bedrooms, a children’s room, a maid’s room, a study, a dressing room, four bathrooms, and more. Willy was thoroughly impressed.

“Mr. Morgan, the locksmith is here to install your new fingerprint lock,” the property manager informed him.

“Okay, thanks.”

About ten minutes later, Willy found himself alone in his new home, lying on the luxurious bed as the staff left.

“Host, are you planning to upgrade the system today?”

“System, I haven’t used the two buttons that lit up after upgrading to level 2. If I upgrade again today, will the functions of those buttons stack?”

“Yes, Host. Each time you level up, you can use every activated function once. When you reach level 9, the system control panel will undergo an upgrade.”

“System, after upgrading from level 1 to level 2, the Prediction and Blessing buttons lit up. Can I use them now?”

“Ding! Please proceed with the operation, Host.”

Willy closed his eyes and focused on the two glowing buttons. He decided to press the Blessing button, as he was already familiar with the Prediction button and was curious about the new one.

“Wow! This is awesome! If I had this ability back when I was in school, I would have aced every subject!”

As Willy received the Blessing of Photographic Memory, he felt a sudden cool sensation in his brain, which quickly returned to normal.

To test his new ability, Willy randomly opened a book on his phone and found that he could read ten lines at a time and recite them all perfectly!
