When Cale appeared again on the battlefield, he was on the other side, away from enemy lines. “That’s six,” Cale muttered to himself. During the initial scuffle, amid the commotion of the earlier ambush before the airwave that sent everyone flying had occurred, Cale had managed to send five guards into his other world, plus this one, making six that were already under his control. But Cale didn’t release them immediately; he waited for most of the guards to be taken care of before using them. Immediately, the guard attacked, and Cale’s group quickly moved, following up with a devastating attack of their own.The other four guards pulled out their rifles and fired at the guards closest to them, taking them down immediately, while the researchers, each holding a small device, quickly threw it into the crowd, which immediately expanded into humanoid robots that swiftly attacked the remaining guards, following their preset commands.These robots were Selene’s A.G.R.C.W.’s, whose numbers had increased after her scrap with Cale before. Now there was a host of them—enough to handle a lot of opponents at the same time. But they still weren’t enough to deal with all the guards that Krasin brought along with him.Just then, a stretch of darkness appeared in the area, expanding rapidly into a giant rift in space from which Cale swiftly jumped out, appearing in the midst of everything.As soon as Cale appeared, he didn’t waste any time and swiftly threw the two guards closest to him,

Even now, he remained vigilant and didn’t make any extraneous moves until he saw that the confirmation was over and the others were allowed to come closer.
