Newly Discovered Prey

Subsequently, Adam will glare back behind his shoulders trying to catch a glimpse of his stalker. He knew someone was following him, but whoever it was talented in the art of stalking and stealth. Ever since he left the shop he's been feeling the cold breath of another being behind him, yet he has been unable to catch his stalker.

Now fed up of the hide and seek games, Adam made a default turn into an abandoned alleyway. It was definitely unwise to be doing so, but his curiosity demanded he cared less for his safety at the moment.

After escaping from the eyes of the public, Adam finally called out to his stalker.

"You can come out now." He authorised, but received no response.

"Your inability to see spirits is seriously becoming a liability, Adam."

"Have you come to mock me, Martin? Or do you simply derive joy in making others feel inferior to you?" Adam returned. Although he hadn't paid eyes on his stalker yet, Adam was already conversant with the voice of their leader.
