“Lily, have you finished your assignment today?” Professor Larson looked at the little girl.
“Ah, that’s right. Every new student must complete their routine assignments before noon. I have to hurry. See you later, Professor!”
Unlike the other students who called Larson General, Lily called him Professor.
After waving, Lily left cheerfully but hurriedly.
“Lily has been a new student for the past 6 months. Even so, she is very talented.
Putting that aside, how does it feel to be humiliated by a little girl? Hahahaha.”
Professor Larson laughed mockingly. Navin should not have let his guard down even though the enemy’s appearance looked weak.
“How can she be so strong with her small body?” Navin was very surprised, it didn’t make sense for a little girl to have such great strength.
“Of course she can do that, she’s a Mage.”
“What!?” Navin’s eyes widened, no wonder he felt a familiar energy radiating from Lily’s body.
‘But is it okay for Mages to be underground in the Capital of the Republic of Gray?’ Navin thought that perhaps cultivators were here too.
“Would you believe me if I said that Redburn Academy is still the best?” Professor Larson said that before continuing on his way.
Navin followed behind while thinking about Professor Larson’s words. ‘In other words, the most talented people live their lives in this hidden world.’
“We’ve arrived.” Professor Larson stopped in front of a fairly tall building.
Above the entrance was a sign: Male Dormitory – First Year Students.
“I’ll live here?”
“Of course. But remember, you will still take regular classes at Redburn Academy.”
Professor Larson said that Oblivion Academy was an elite unit of Redburn Academy. But Navin still had to be a student on the surface, in order to learn many things.
Among the students of Redburn Academy, there were also several students from Oblivion Academy. They were tasked to observe the development of the surface.
Navin entered the building according to Professor Larson’s instructions.
Arriving at the 30th floor – the top floor, Navin opened his private room using his fingerprint.
“This room is very classy. Every elite student deserves it. I hope you didn’t do something that would get you kicked out of the elite unit.”
Professor Larson said that and put his hand on Navin’s shoulder. He had high expectations because Navin had a Welkin-chip in his heart.
“Remember, Navin. Being weak is a mistake. But I know you know it right?
So don’t forget, you may be the strongest on the surface, but in the underground, you are the weakest. Don’t disappoint me.”
After that, Professor Larson walked out, leaving Navin clenching his fists.
“He’s not wrong. I am still weak.” Navin realized that Lily's tiny fist caused him pain.
Navin was sure that Lily was not the strongest student, maybe even one of the weakest because she was a new student.
Navin put that aside and started to lie down on his soft and comfortable bed.
“This feeling …oh … I’ve missed this kind of bed for a long time.”
It didn’t take long before he fell into a deep sleep.
The next day.
While on the surface, Navin attended regular classes as a first-year student.
Navin remembered: in the past, he was not allowed to attend classes because he could not use Robot Armor.
But now it was different, Navin became one of ten Redburn representatives who attended a joint class with several other academies.
Located in the West Chloe forest, everyone gathered and lined up neatly according to their respective academies. Various colors decorated the green forest.
"As usual, every two months, students will explore the forest. In order to reduce the number of Mage Animals and spiritual animals, so that the monsters do not attack local residents ..."
The Mayor of Chloe - Hudson, explained at length. But the point is, every student must remain careful because there is no mission that is not dangerous for prospective soldiers.
After Hudson finished, Harry went up on stage.
"Each student will be divided into several squads. And to make this more interesting, we will provide a prize for the squad that defeats the most monsters."
Harry's announcement made all the students cheer.
"So this will be a competition as usual? I wonder what prizes will be won?"
Harry continued, "For the main winner, we will give an e-money worth 100 million gold coin."
It turned out that the prize given was quite large, making the students ambitious to get it. Including Navin.
"How generous. Let's see who will get it." Navin muttered.
It didn't take long after some instructions from Harry, the competition was held. But each squad had to discuss something before starting.
Each squad consisted of 5 people. Navin was in the same squad as the young man who attacked him yesterday.
While the other three people were girls that Navin did not know at all.
"So we meet again. My name is Jeff." The young man who attacked Navin yesterday extended his hand.
Navin shakes Jeff's hand.
Navin got acquainted with Jeff and the three girls.
“First of all, we have to elect a leader.” Navin said that was the most important thing.
It would be bad if the command was controlled by more than one ego.
Like in the military world, there can only be one command to carry out the mission.
“You’ll be the Captain.” Jeff pointed at Navin. The three female students nodded their heads.
“Okay. From now on, you all have to listen to me. Don’t argue with me.”
“Yes, Captain!”
The four students saluted with their fingertips at the end of their eyebrows.
“Look at that bunch of idiots.” Albert was not far away, mocking Navin’s squad.
Albert actually didn’t expect Navin to appear with a maroon alma mater and gray clothes. But Albert was happy because Navin ended up in the worst academy.
“The Failure will continue to be The Failure.” Albert mocked again. “Now The Failure is in the Failure Academy and forms a squad with other Failures.”
“What did you say?” It wasn’t Navin, but Jeff who was offended.
“Hahaha. Are you angry?” Albert smiled broadly.
Jeff almost lost his head.
But Navin held Jeff’s shoulder. “Calm down. He’s deliberately provoking us.”
Then Navin looked at Albert’s wrist. “It seems that Chloe Academy’s medical squad is very competent, able to heal such an embarrassing injury.”
Navin brought up Albert’s fractured arm earlier.
Albert glared, he had thought that Navin was a ghost yesterday. But Navin had brought that up, making Albert want to tear him apart.
“I really look forward to seeing you in the forest later.” Albert smiled but his eyes were sharp.
Navin did not answer, he just looked at Albert coldly, this time it would be different. He was no longer the Navin of the past.
A few moments later, the competition was held.
Each squad entered the forest quickly, but Navin’s squad was still in the same place.
Each squad is monitored by drone, displayed on a screen.
The teachers and principal were in a building built near the forest, watching the exam like watching in a cinema.
But unlike a cinema that only has one screen, in this room, there are many screens that monitor hundreds of squads carrying out missions.
So if something dangerous happens, the teachers can anticipate it.
The teachers and principal laughed at Navin’s squad from one of the screens.
“Hahaha. The students of Redburn Academy really have a unique way of entertaining us.”
"What are they thinking? It's been 5 minutes. Why are they just standing still?"
Several teachers questioned this.
While the group being discussed felt the same way.
"Captain, why didn't we enter the forest earlier?" Jeff started to press Navin. He began to regret choosing Navin as the squad leader.
Elena, Anastasia and Isolde remained silent, but they agreed with Jeff.
"Hunting randomly is a f**kin stupid act." Navin said that remembering his experience during the month on the Island of a Thousand Monsters.
Jeff, Elena, Anastasia and Isolde exchanged glances and sighed, who knows what Navin was thinking.
Navin even closed his eyes for quite a while. But after that, he opened his eyes and ran in a direction.
"Follow me!"
Navin entered the forest, Jeff and the others followed impatiently. Navin found that they were running very slowly, so he slowed down his pace.
“Captain, are we not allowed to use the Robot Armor to the destination?”
“No, this is training. This is the command.” Navin just ignored Jeff’s protest.
After running for a few minutes, Navin stopped in front of a swamp.
“Activate your Robot Armor, get ready to fight.” Navin glanced at his friends behind him.
Jeff and the others were still catching their breath. Navin forbade them from using the Robot Armor before fighting, even though they should have used it on the way.
“Captain, give us some time.” This time it was Isolde, the blonde-haired girl who complained.
“Unfortunately they won’t give you guys any time.” Navin looked sharply ahead. “Yellow Robot Armor, Activate.”
Navin could actually use the Orange Robot Armor, but that would draw attention, so he used the weaker Robot Armor.
A dimension opened beside Navin, and small pieces of armor flew out and were attached to Navin's entire body.
While Jeff and the others were like nails nailed to the ground.
It’s because In the swamp in front of them, 30 snakes appeared that emitted a green aura.
Each snake had red eyes, indicating that they were Mage Animals.
"What!? Cobras and anacondas level 70? We cannot beat them! It’s impossible!" Jeff turned pale
Every new student was just a beginner, so at the very least, they were using Yellow Robot Armor Level 20.
So clearly, they were no match for the monsters in front of them.

"Captain, do you want to kill us?" Anastasia, the red-haired girl asked with her lips shivering coldly.
The knees of Anastasia and the other three students were shaking. It might not be long before they fell to their knees because they were too scared.
Navin sighed and shook his head. “It seems like it’s still too early for them… It can’t be helped. I have to do it alone.”
Navin flew over the swamp. The thirty giant snakes reacted fiercely.
They attacked brutally and chaotically.
So one of them accidentally damaged the monitoring drone that was flying in the air.
Even though the drone was connected to the screen in the building where the teachers and principal were watching.
“Why did he do something stupid! Why did he go to the snake’s nest!”
The teachers panicked, but a few seconds later, the ranking board in the corner of the room showed something surprising.
—
Time: 13.00
Current Standings :
Navin’s Squad (Redburn Academy) – 30 monsters.
Helen’s Squad (Sky Academy) – 2 monsters.
Albert’s Squad (Chloe Academy) – 2 monsters.
—-
“What!? How is that even possible? Does that mean someone from the worst Academy did that in a few minutes? Defeated 30 monsters in a short time?”
Everyone stood up from their seats in the large room. They found it hard to believe.
Although the monitoring drone was broken and Navin’s screen was off, there was a sensor on each student's clothes.
So when the students defeated the monsters, the results would still be monitored.
Meanwhile, in the forest, an announcement was heard using a loudspeaker.
"Navin's Squad from Redburn Academy is ranked first after defeating 30 monsters."
All the students found it hard to believe what they heard.
Albert was also shocked. But he planned something.
"The Failure must have great luck. Very good. We just need to pick the flowers they collected."
Each student still had to bring one part of the monster's body as proof that they defeated the monster.
Usually the part of the monster's body that was taken could be the scales or ears of the monster.
However, each squad is allowed to take points from other squads. So, of course, a squad just has to take the scales or ears of the monster from the other squad.

Ch. 42 ~ You're Still Undead
“Can that f**kin energy help me? I doubt it.”Navin came out of the dark portal, he flew deep into the vast library, passing through bookshelves that looked like spectators in the stands in a stadium. Navin did not fly carelessly, he followed the energy he felt.Until finally, Navin dived, landed, found a table and chair. Maybe the table and chair belonged to the librarian who once lived in this mansion. But that was not what Navin noticed but something on the table."This little book looks very strange. Can this strange f**kin book help me?" Navin frowned inside his helmet, he found the little blood-red book had runes or ancient script that Navin did not understand at all.But ..."I will translate the book for you, Master." Elsie observed and in a matter of seconds, she read the title on the cover of the small pocket-sized book. “Demon King’s Grimoire. The curse makes you more alive, and everyone is cursed because they have lust and greed. Read it and plant evil in your heart.”Hea
Ch. 41 ~ Undeads in The Mansion
“We really can’t get out of here! We’ll die if we don’t defeat them all!”Navin gradually became exhausted as the undead kept rising. From that situation, Navin thought about taking his two friends to escape. So After destroying several Undead and turning them into piles of bones on the wooden floor, Navin slashed his sword at the window near Jeff. Jeff had tried to touch the invisible barrier before, and he was zapped. Navin hoped he would see something different. The energy from Navin’s sword was so great that it shattered the window into small pieces. But there was some kind of energy that bounced the wooden splinters off the broken window.“This is too bad.”Some of the splinters hit Navin, but because he was wearing the Orange Robot Armor he wasn’t hurt at all. It wasn’t the wooden splinters that were the problem but the invisible barrier that couldn’t be penetrated.“Elsie, have you found it?” Navin asked in his head.“Sorry, Master. I still need some time.”“Sh*t.”The room wa
Ch. 40 ~ Haunted Mansion?
“Are we going to stay in this f**kin haunted house, Captain?”From the beginning, Jeff never expected to see a nice mansion. But he didn’t expect the place they came to to be inhabited by non-human creatures. After telling his familiars or Mage Animals to leave, Navin walked through the rusty iron fence.“If you don’t want to come, please go home by yourself.” Navin entered a large yard. Maybe the distance from the fence was about 300 feet. The tall grass began to tickle Navin who was breaking through it.Along the way to this mansion, Jeff found many dangerous monsters. Let alone on land, in the air there were also many eagles and crows and giant owls that lurked at all times. If it weren’t because of Navin’s help, Jeff mi
Ch. 39 ~ Save Life and Smell
“We won’t be able to reach the center of the forest if this continues, Captain.” Elena gritted her teeth. The day before, Elena didn’t think Navin would be able to create a wooden ball. They stayed there overnight without any monster interference. But when morning came, as soon as Navin opened the door of the wooden ball, it turned out that monsters had surrounded it outside. Navin was forced to close the gap or door again. But the problem was that since the monsters had discovered Navin and the others were in there, they started trying to destroy the giant wooden ball.“Captain, I need to poop.”In the closed room, the air didn’t really change. There was no ventilation except for a s
Ch. 38 ~ Wood. Alvin's and Falco's Asked
“Captain, we won’t be able to reach our destination if we continue like this.”Elena dragged Jeff who had fainted and had a bruised face, lots of purple bruises and swelling, and a pout. The journey continued, but on the way, they always encountered monsters. As Navin said, he wanted to check for a safe path. So Navin decided to avoid fighting. Every time he found a monster, he and Elena would hide behind a tree. But after entering the forest deeper, Navin found more monsters roaming around. Maybe the monsters in this forest were even denser than those on the Island of a Thousand Monsters. So the journey continued to be hampered because they had to stop and hide every few times, Elena was not sure they would reach the center of the forest in a day as Navin said.
Ch. 37 ~ What? Grimoire?
“What? Captain paralyzed? I have to help him.”Although Elena couldn’t see clearly because of the brown fog and the distance, she could see the light on Navin’s Robot Armor moved to the ground. Elena was very smart, so she knew that Navin had just fallen. That meant the brown smoke contained something different than poison.“Wait for me, Captain!”Elena left Jeff beside the tree. She ran forward through the brown fog. But after only a few steps she ran, she collapsed, lying down, unable to move.‘I’m usually calm, but why am I stupid this time?’ Not holding her breath.
