“Redburn Academy is filled with talentless people. Making it the worst military academy in the Republic of Gray. I’m not interested.” Navin refused.

“There’s no harm in joining that academy. Besides, you’ve been expelled from Chloe Academy.”

“Every second on that island, I wanted to kill you. 

I can’t possibly forgive you for what you did to me. But I’ll forget it because you saved my life before.

We are even now, I am no longer indebted, so don’t try to ask anything from me.” Navin insisted.

“But you’re still alive, right? So there’s no problem.”

“You can say that because it wasn’t you who experienced it! 

Every day I thought I would die. How the f**k a student like me is going to survive in that hell? I didn’t even sleep soundly for even a second.”

“But Navin, you’ve gotten stronger now. You should understand that rapid development doesn’t come without great pressure.”

“I know, but I already hate you. And I won’t join the worst academy.” Navin stood up from his seat, wanting to leave immediately.

But before he could go any further, Professor Larson said something.

“I can report something about the young man who has that forbidden chip.” Professor Larson made Navin stop in his tracks.

Navin turned around and glared. “You will also be arrested if you reveal that.”

“I’ve been chased for decades, do you think I have no way to break free?

Think about it yourself, do you have a way to break free like I did?” Professor Larson smiled broadly.

Navin gritted his teeth. If that happened, Navin would not only be caught. But he would also be dissected. The Welkin-chip in his body would be removed.

“Do you think you can survive without that thing in your heart?” Professor Larson knew that if the Welkin-chip was removed from Navin’s heart, then Navin would die.

Navin looked at Larson with hatred, but Larson was right, Navin should not be careless.

After taking a deep breath, Navin decided, “Alright. I’ll join.”

“Smart decision.” Professor Larson was pleased that Navin still wanted to live.

Thus, Professor Larson drove Navin to Redburn Academy. The two of them were already in a flying car.

Every car in Chloe City no longer had wheels, but all of them floated with a certain technology. Eliminating the expense of changing tires.

It took a long time to arrive at the destination, but along the way, Navin was silent. He was too lazy to talk.

‘I thought I could at least become a student of the second best Academy.

But now I have to join the worst one. This is so annoying.’ Navin sighed all the time.

Actually, Redburn Academy used to be known as the best academy. But after the Mad Scientist incident, Redburn finally went downhill.

Navin followed behind.

When passing through the academy gate, Navin entered the courtyard, finding the students’ scornful gazes.

Every student wore a maroon alma mater with a gray shirt and pants.

So when they saw someone with different clothes, they would immediately know that the person was an outsider.

“Ignore them.” Professor Larson remained confident, even though everyone’s gazes were mostly on him.

Navin was silent and smiled, shaking his head. He just didn’t like being the center of attention.

“Outsiders are always dangerous. You must be another untalented young man. Hahaha. Let this new student test you!”

A male student suddenly charged towards Navin with his fist.

But with Navin’s strong and agile physique, Navin dragged his feet to the side, easily dodging the attack that seemed slow to him.

The young man who attacked fell, kissing the concrete floor of the academy courtyard.

“Looks like you’re not that weak. Hahaha.”

The young man got up and laughed confidently even though his nose was bleeding.

Navin shook his head, the one who laughed in that situation was just a fool.

“Taste my second attack! Tornado kick!” The young man jumped in the air while spinning his body and lifting his leg.

His movements were so beautiful like an action movie, but Navin caught his leg, then Navin slammed him down until he looked up at the sky.

“My back… It hurts.” The young man couldn’t move because his back hurt and he felt short of breath like he had asthma. He looks like an old man.

Navin sighed before leaving.

Professor Larson clapped his hands. “What an interesting show…

A very good introduction. Very good. You have become the enemy of all students even before you became a student.”

“Shut the f**k up…” Navin then walked past Professor Larson, he wanted to finish all the processes and find a place to live.

‘I have long wanted to feel a soft bed.’ Navin’s thoughts had come since a month ago.

“Hey, don’t act like you know it all, the way is not that way, but this way.” Professor Larson laughed as he pointed to the left.

Navin forgot that this was his first time in this academy. He, who was previously on the right, cleared his throat and turned left. It’s embarrassing, but he tried to be cool.

Unexpectedly, this Academy was quite large so it was difficult to find the way. Larson led Navin through a winding path.

'I just remembered, this was indeed the largest and best academy in the past.' Navin shouldn't have been surprised.

There were many buildings, so it was not clear where the principal's room was.

But Professor Larson knew this area very well.

So he entered the door, passed through the hallway. Then in just a few minutes, he had found the principal's room.

Navin frowned. It was strange, Professor Larson scanned his own fingerprint to pass through the iron door.

In a room full of trophies displayed on shelves.

Navin sat in a guest chair. Observing the entire metal-colored room.

While Professor Larson sat in a chair in the corner of the room, then moved his fingers on the thin laptop keyboard on the table.

"Scan your fingerprint on the table." Professor Larson pointed to the table in front of Navin which turned out to be a gadget screen.

Navin put his thumb on the thumb image on the screen. Instantly the screen showed Navin's identity, date of birth, even a photo.

But what was written there was not a student of Redburn Academy, making Navin's brow furrow.

"Congratulations, you have officially become a student of Oblivion Underground Academy." Professor Larson made it clearer.

"Where is the principal? You must have written the name of this academy wrong." Navin sighed.

"I am the principal. Follow me." Professor Larson stood up from his seat. He walked out of the room.

"Hey! Don't f**kin kidding me!" Navin of course followed Larson to get an explanation.

But along the way in this hallway, Professor Larson did not answer dozens of Navin's questions.

But when they arrived in front of an iron door, Professor Larson just spoke.

"What you will see later will be your secret for life.

If you reveal this, I will explode your heart. You know, I made the chip in your heart. So I know how to destroy it."

The threat sounded subtle, but clearly, Professor Larson was very serious.

Entering the door, Navin was silent, following Professor Larson, through the long stairs underground.

At the end of the stairs, a bright light shone. When Navin crossed it, he couldn't help but be shocked.

"How is that possible?"

It was an underground space, but how could there be sun and clouds? Besides, there were many magnificent buildings, skyscrapers.

Navin was at a loss for words. It was clearly a big city. But it didn't make sense for a city to exist underground.

"Welcome to the hidden military academy - Oblivion Underground Academy!" Professor Larson spread his arms proudly.

"Why didn't you hide here from the start?" Navin frowned.

At the first meeting, he found Professor Larson under the sea.

"I can be anywhere I want, and you don't need to know why I'm there." Professor Larson then walked leisurely.

Everyone smiled and saluted Professor Larson with their fingertips at the tip of their eyebrows.

"Welcome back, General!"

"May you always be healthy, General!"

"Have a safe journey, General!"

Everyone treated Professor Larson so well. It was very different from the students on the surface.

The clothes they were wearing were also different – ​​they were wearing all-black alma maters with purple stripes.

‘Could this be what I had in mind?’ Navin wondered what was happening here.

“The safest place is the most unsafe place.

Navin thought that the tiny punch wouldn’t hurt him, but it turned out that the punch actually sent Navin flying far away as if he had been hit by a strong man.

Navin rolled on the ground.

But he stood back up with a bleeding nose.

“Impossible…” Navin’s eyes widened, finding it hard to believe. How could such a small body have such great strength?

The little girl sighed. “So he’s just a talentless fool. How disappointing.”

The girl looked down on Navin, making Navin glare at her.
