It seemed as though everything had been planned between the three men.Asher’s jaw tightened, but he didn’t dare to utter a word; with them, they would regret everything they were doing.“Get down to work, you thought you could go on a day off and return to an empty desk. Make sure you finish that file before going home.”Asher glared at him, and he buried himself in work. Not looking at them, although he could hear them murmuring and mocking at him. The men left for lunch break, but Asher didn’t. Instead, he stayed behind using his energy to complete the task. The pen came to life, and everything moved. While Asher was working, his ey

One moment you feel they are alive and watching over you, the next moment you realise they are not more.”His words made her stomach churn, and she felt irritated and furious. She wished she could hit him but doing that would result in her death.“I promise you that, once you accept me, I will see you protected. Feed and Honoured.” His eyes narrowed slightly. “And I will personally kill every last Obsidian Wolves, I know they had a hand in what happened to Tarot.”She thought about his words, but none of it was possible; she would never become his slave.
