Chapter 16

Jackson was boiling in sheer and hot temper.

“What…?!”

“So, are all these gift items fake?!”

“So, this lady here isn't a member of the Garners, yet she is acting up?!”

“We have all been deceived by her just now.”

“This is very bad. Do you know that I almost peed on my clothes thinking that that useless and crazy Aiden would resort to attacking me for supporting Mr Foley earlier. Little did I not know that it was just an orchestrated lunatic display.”

Most of the crowd who were already fleeing away from the wedding hall in fear of being bullied by the Garners because they earlier supported Jackson to humiliate both Aiden and Jade expressed their displeasure after Jackson stated that Miss Garner was an impostor and that all the gift she helped Aiden present to the Smiths are all fakes.

Clack! Clack! Clack!

At that moment, there were sounds of walking footsteps in the hall.

It was Lily who was hiding behind her grandmother in fear that she may be beaten up by some of the bodyguards who Miss Garner came with. However, after Jackson said that the lady was not in any way related to the Garners, Lily's fear got watered away and her confidence returned to its peak.

She walked up to Aiden and said contemptuously, “What a disgusting loser and crazy scum are you Aiden?! So, you are not only useless and good-for-nothing but also a chronic and shameless deceit. How dare you try to fool my family by playing these expensive tricks on us?! We picked you up from the gutter and kept you under our roof for the entire five years, taking care of your needs. Yet, you connived with this lunatic to deceive us all in the name of trying to massage your useless and despicable ego!”

She got close to him, lifted up her left hand and swung across Aiden's face in an attempt to slap him. However, Aiden saw her incoming hand and dodged his face.

Slap! Slap!

“How dare you call her highness ‘A lunatic?’ From where did you get such morale to act with impunity and recklessness before Miss Garner? Or are you sick and tired of living your useless life?!”

At that moment, while Lily tried to regain her foot after her swung fist missed its target, two thunderous slaps landed on her cheeks and got her face swollen with red blisters immediately. Then, a towering and scolding voice came to her ear from one of Miss Garner’s bodyguards, chastising her for calling her Boss a lunatic.

“Argh! Argh!”

The sheer force which the slaps carried sent Lily flying and she landed on the floor wailing in endless agony.

“Haha!”

Jackson let out a disdainful laughter and continued, “Let me tell you what you don't know slothful bitch. You can deceive others but you can never deceive someone like me. You can't deceive a member of the Foleys! I know your tricks, so stop pretending and leave this place at once before I lose my anger on you!”

Then, turning to the bodyguard that Lily, he continued, “How dare you act with impunity before me? How dare you slap Miss Lily Smith? Let me remind you this, the Smiths are my in-laws to be and offending means going against the Foleys. Since you dare come against a member of the Smith's family, I will show you the aftermath consequences of your reckless actions!”

With words, from on Jackson's face instantly darkened and he said, “I am going to give you two options of deserving punishment and you're free to make a choice for yourself; first option, go on your knees before miss Lily Smith and lick off the sands under her heels while apologizing her for slapping her just now. If she accepts your apology, I will have my men break one of your hands before letting you live afterwards. Secondly, you can choose not to kneel before Miss Lily Smith to apologize to her but I will have men to kill you and feed your miserable flesh to some swine!

“You have one minute to make your choice from the listed options and your time starts now!”

Afraid of Jackson's threatening words, Jade pulled Aiden to herself and whispered into his ear, saying, “Are these people really members of the Garners family or did you contract them to come stage the show in order to help us escape from the Foleys’ tyrannic hands? Are the gift items they came with authentic or are they fake? Tell me the truth now. If they are fake, I can help you escape from here without Jackson harming you. And as for me, I will come back to look for you after I resolve all these problems but for now you will have to avoid looking for trouble and only stay true to yourself.”

“Mhm,” Aiden nodded his head and said, “I don't know if the young lady is Alexander Garner's daughter but I know that the gift items they came with are authentic and was indeed sent by Alexander Garner just like I instructed him.”

However, Aiden's response only increased Jade's fear and anxiety.

To Jade, since Aiden was unsure of Miss Garner's identity, it means that the gift items might also be fake. Thus, she said, “Aiden, I want you to escape from here now. Follow me and I will help you out.”

Meanwhile, Aiden looked at her helplessly and with a frown he whispered, “Jade, don't you believe me?”

“I do. However, I don't want you to get hurt. Even if the gift items are originals, no one believed you. And since you're unsure of Miss Garner's identity, I am afraid that Jackson will turn around to kill you and I might not be able to to protect you by then. However, if you escape from here now, I can help protect them even if they aren't members of the Garners by resolving the issue with Jackson.”

At this moment, Miss Garner overheard the whispers between Jade and Aiden and she murmured, ‘It seems that none of these people knew who Mr Stein is, including his wife Jade. A man who my father worships like God is being treated with dejection and disdain by these useless and insignificant ants. It seems that I have to teach this spoilt br*t from the Foleys’ family some bitter lessons today and send him to where he truly belongs to. Otherwise, all these nincompoops will continue to humiliate my father's savior. After all, Mr Stein is the type of man I want for myself, and I will be very lucky to marry him if I can impress him and lure him to admire my brilliant skills and self.’

Slap! Slap! Slap!

With these thoughts in mind, Miss Garners' face darkened and her domineering aura skyrocketed. Then, she rushed Jackson with a lightening speed, landed some rageful slaps on his cheeks, kicked him on his crotch, forcefully jerked him up and threw him away and then yelled, “What Insolent?! How dare you behave arrogantly before Mr Stein and who are you to question my identity?!”

After dealing with Jackson, Miss Garners went to Aiden, knelt before him and said respectfully with her forehead lowered to the ground, “Mr Stein, I am sorry that this insignificant fool insulted you. Please, forgive me. Also, give me your word and will annihilate him right now.”

However, Aiden flashed her some inexpressive smile and remained silent without altering a word.

“Argh! … Argh…!”

Jackson grimaced in pains from the ground where he was forcefully thrown into. However, he refused to let his pain take over him because he didn't want to allow himself to get intimidated by the Young Lady especially now that Aiden, Jade and several others were watching him.

It would make him lose his face and dignity as a man and apparent heir of the Foleys’ family. Instead of succumbing to the sheer pains emanating from within his damaged crotch and gravely injured face, he stood up from the ground and yelled at Miss Garner, saying, “Slothful bitch, how dare you lay your filthy hands and leg on me? Do you know who I am? I am Jackson Foleys, the only her to Mr Augustus Foleys. My father, Augustus Foleys, has recently got Mr Garners to invest into our Foleys' Group and my family is now the second richest and powerful family in the whole of Vietnam City. Since you have the guts to slap me and also deceive people with the Garners' name by presenting fake platinum sculptured Statue, stolen ginseng herbal tea from the Garners' and fake contract deal from Garner's Groups, I am going to teach you some lessons that you're not going to forget in your lifetime!”

Then, to his bodyguards and the security guards of the event hall, he commanded, “Securities, I want you to break her two legs and hands and leave her disfigured in two minutes time otherwise, I will have all of you sacked from this place and sent to die in the most dangerous prison dungeon of Vietnam City!”
