Alexander stepped out of the hotel and was greeted by Paul and Raymond.

At first, Alexander was surprised to see Raymond because the young valet was nowhere to be seen the day before when he had come out of the hotel at a very similar time, but Alexander was quick to shrug it off.

“Going out very early again, sir?” Paul asked.

“Yeah. I have something very important to do” Alexander said then from the pocket with which he had stuffed his hand, he brought out the car keys.

“Here you go” he tossed the key to Paul.

Alexander had an idea of what the deal made between both valets for who gets to drive his car was like.

According to the deal, since Raymond had driven the car last, the turns would be swapped and Paul gets to be the next one to drive the car.

Even if they scheduled that one person gets to park the car and the other gets to fetch it from the parking lot, the outcome remained the same as with both types of deal, Paul was the next person meant to drive Alexander’s car.

“I’m sorry, but who exactly are you supposed to be?” Zack asked, his tone sharp and confrontational as he raised an eyebrow, scrutinizing the man in front of him.Alexander, however, wasn’t the least bit intimidated. Instead of backing away or trying to avoid a confrontation, he stepped forward boldly, closing the distance between them and matching Zack’s stance with unwavering confidence. He refused to let Zack’s attitude dominate the situation.Zack’s eyes widened with disbelief. He couldn’t wrap his head around the fact that Alexander—someone he regarded as a nobody, someone he considered beneath him in every way—had the nerve, the audacity, to challenge him so directly. In Zack’s world, respect was reserved for fame, subscribers, and influence. Clearly, Alexander didn’t understand how the game was played. In a theatrical gesture, Zack turned toward the camera that his loyal cameraman was holding and burst into exaggerated laughter. It was the kind of laugh meant to entertain and p

Tina took Alexander to the part of the store where her favorite phone brand was. Also, there was one of the tech support guys“Hey Mark, what’s up” she greeted.“What’s up, Tina” Mark greeted then looked at Alexander. “Welcome”“Thank you” Alexander nodded. “Anyway,” Mark returned his gaze to Tina “What do you want?” “He needs a new phone so help me bring that one over there” Tina pointed at the exact phone she wanted. Mark turned his head in the direction she was pointing to and saw the exact phone she was talking about and he chuckled as he returned his face to her“Let me guess, you suggested this one to our handsome customer over here instead of letting him decide for himself and tell you the one he wanted,” Mark said, surprising Alexander.“How did you know that?” Alexander asked. “That’s because she always recommends this brand to anyone who doesn’t know what to get. Typical Tina and wanting everyone to like the same things as her” Mark said then turned around to get the ph

What does a handsome specimen like him mean he doesn’t take pictures? It was a crime hiding his looks from the rest of the world, she thought. “Regardless, I’ll get you a phone with a great camera along with other things— you know what?” She said and Alexander raised a brow.“What?” He asked.“Since you don’t know what to get and aren’t picky about the specifications, why don’t I just choose my favorite phone for you?” She said and Alexander grimaced a pondering expression.“I guess that would make things a lot easier since you’re more knowledgeable than me. Alright then” Alexander said and Tina smiled.“Okay, follow me to the—“ she said and turned around but paused when she saw the manager of the store approach her.“Tina,” the manager said.“Manager. What are you doing here?” She asked.“That’s what I should be asking you,” the manager said and she grimaced.“What do you mean?” Tina asked.“I mean, why aren’t any sales reps going to meet the most important customers we’ve had in a

Alexander entered the store and the door closed behind him. He quickly scanned the place, taking in everything and everyone, and noted how busy it was. With so many phones around, there was no doubt he’d be able to find the one he wanted.“So, which phone should I buy?” Alexander asked himself as he stuffed his hands into his pocket and began walking forward. He wasn’t in any way, shape, or form versed with gadgets, most especially phones, so he didn’t know which one would be good for him.As a matter of fact, the phone he was currently using was one he had bought without any specific requests to the sales rep, choosing it solely because it was the cheapest option within his extremely limited budget. Back then, when he went to the phone store, he had simply asked the sales rep for a smartphone that fit his budget, and they had given him that one. However, now that he had the money to afford any phone he could ever want, choosing was going to become a challenge as the illusion of cho

Alexander went back to WhatzApp where he continued chatting with Winifred until she said that she had to go offline because her teacher just walked into the class and she would talk to him later. The chat ended which was good because Alexander was starting to get tired as he wasn’t someone who liked chatting all that much. After that, Alexander looked at his phone, from front to back, and groaned. “Why haven’t I upgraded this yet?” He asked himself as he looked at the phone with disgust. How could he be using such an old model when he had hundreds of millions of dollars in his account? It was unbecoming and disgraceful. “Alright, I guess I know what to do today,” Alexander said then he dropped the phone on the bed and went to take a shower. After a couple of minutes, he came out of the bathroom fully dried, put on what he would wear for his outing then he took the phone from the bed and went out of the house. He got into his car and got ready to drive off, but first, he need

If he wasn’t able to read at an incredible pace thanks to his heightened intellect, he wouldn’t have been able to finish reading the second message because she deleted it less than a second after he received it.She sent the message again some seconds later and the second sentence was gone.[If you are then it’s kind of late, don’t you think?]Alexander chuckled because the deleted message showed that the girl had eavesdropped on his conversation with her father because she shouldn’t have known that he was done with high school and was waiting to go to college. She knew this which was why she deleted it, hoping that he didn’t see the message. Unfortunately for her, he did, and she couldn’t ask if he did because it would be awkward, so she just hoped and wanted to move on.He replied [Yeah, I know] pretending like he didn’t see the message she deleted. He also messaged that he wanted to save her number so she should give him a minute. [Okay but hurry up so we can continue talking][No
