Aaron smiled faintly. “Of course. But the charges vary. In my territory, there is a healer, a peak Tier 1 wizard. If she uses her spells, the price depends on the illness.

Since I am being paid 1,000 mana stones, I will use spells between Tier 1 and Tier 2.”

Edrin’s eyes gleamed with envy. “Damn it. I’m going to your territory. I want to be a wizard too.”

Aaron chuckled. “You’re welcome to come. But remember, becoming a wizard requires qualification. If you don’t have it, you cannot become one.”

Hilda listened, puzzled. Why didn’t he mention the magical fruits that could turn someone into a wizard? She thought for a moment, realizing perhaps those fruits were too precious to be promised lightly.
