“He is going to let us go, what are we going to do? We can’t just leave here without you,” Tricia said with a teary eye.

“You and Grace are going to leave, I am the only one that got myself into this mess and I am going to get myself out of it,” Hudson replied in a low tone.

“But make sure that you are fine and don’t get killed please, I am begging you Hudson, I can’t lose you,” Tricia said as tears started dripping down her cheeks as she folded her hands together.

Hudson held her hands. “Don’t worry mom, nothing is going to happen to me, I assure you,” he said with a sad look. Even though he is not sure of what would be the outcome with Scott, he wanted to give her assurance, as he hates seeing his mom cry.

Hudson leaned towards her ear and told her that after she and Grace get back home, they should take a lot of cash and flee the city and go somewhere safe until they hear from him and that if they don’t they should just start a new life and move on as they can’t even get the author
