Chapter 138: It's an O.T.A flie

Flynn's eyelids fluttered open, unexpectedly finding himself greeted by the sterile surroundings of a hospital room. Blinking away the haze of unconsciousness, he was startled by the familiar voice of his sister, Lacey, ringing out in the room.

"He's awake," Lacey exclaimed, her voice tinged with relief and concern.

A smile tugged at the corners of Flynn's lips as he reached out to his sister, his hand instinctively seeking the warmth of her touch. Despite the ordeal he had endured, his heart swelled with gratitude at the knowledge that Lacey was safe and unharmed.

"I'm so happy you're safe," Flynn murmured, his voice filled with brotherly affection as he gently cupped Lacey's cheeks in his hands.

Flynn's surprise deepened as Sonia approached his bedside in the hospital. He hadn't expected to see her there, especially considering the circumstances that had landed him in the hospital in the first place.
