The next morning, Barry’s private chopper descended onto the helipad in Sullivan's Group headquarters.

The doors hissed open before the rotors fully stopped.

Barry stepped out donning in a tailored charcoal suit and dark sunglasses.

Minutes later, the boardroom doors swung open and Barry strode in.

The executives straightened in their seats. Many hadn’t seen Barry in months. They were either nervous or curious about him.

“Chairman Barry?” one of the senior directors said smiling sheepishly. “You’re back?”

“I never left,” Barry replied smoothly, standing at the head of the table. "Now, let's begin."

"But don't think you can defeat me by just dodging."Barry didn’t reply. When Goldenfold came in again, Barry's left hand shot out, a lightning-fast jab that connected squarely with Goldenfold’s nose. There was a sickening crack, and blood spurted from the larger man’s nostrils. Goldenfold staggered back, his hand flying to his face. "You—

"I think I'll take several cases back with me. My associates would appreciate such a... unique flavor.""Of course," Cleopatra replied automatically, her voice hollow. Her mind raced - how had he survived? She had perfected this poison over decades. Cleopatra was known in certain circles as The Widowmaker for a reason. For Barry Sullivan to be sipping her poison like water...She was beginning to feel afraid."About your reality show proposal," he continued, setting down his glass. "I’ve considered your request. I’ll get back to you after I run it by my board.""Take all the t

As the last of the guests departed in their yachts and helicopters, only a select few remained. They were those deemed worthy of the real gathering. Celine, Cleopatra’s daughter, reappeared at Barry’s side, her eyes bright."The after-party is starting. If you'll come with me. I'll show you my mother," she murmured, her fingers brushing his wrist before leading him toward a hidden elevator disguised as a marble pillar. The doors slid open, and they descended deep below the island. The air grew thick with the scent of opium, cigar smoke, and expensive perfume. The sound of moans, laughter, and clinking glasses echoed off the stone walls as they stepped into an underground cavern. Strippers draped in jewels swayed on polished stages. Barry saw some people going around naked, and powerful men smoking from hookahs. There were private rooms lined inside the cavern, their doors slightly ajar, revealing glimpses of sin in motion. Barry decided it was a bad idea to come here after
