Kade stretched forth his hands, an hammer immediately appeared, it felt slightly heavy, but that was only because of his sheer strength, this sort of hammer would be useful for him, yet still he liked the arrows better. They wouldn't get useless along the line, as far as he got more powerful they'll also get more powerful, they were worth the five coins.
Kade clenched his fists on the hammer, casting shadow walk, he blended with the night and began proceeding out of the city. The city was surrounded by a great wall, so it took Kade serious effort to climb and cross over it, the Knight's were every where now, both outside and inside the city, Kade could see warriors who emitted mana too, along with mages. He reached the top of the wall then slowly climbed down, the climb was tough, even Zordon's demonic body could feel the fatigue, Kade stood up from the well cut grass, if he stayed here any longer they'll find him, he had to cross the path that led to the Forbidden woods, unluckily for him, there were already hundreds of knights roaming the path, others have even proceeded into the woods. The number of those white blazing armoured knights has also increased, Kade knew he had to flee quickly, this had just gotten worse, he found his way through sneaking to the lines. Trying to limit his presence as much as he could and avoiding getting close to white armoured knights. Afterall kade mastered stealth almost recreating it, he had used it to defie his enemies so many times. Kade was finally spotted! He was half way the path, the Knights closest to his position immediately attacked, Kade dodged Ignoring their strike and deactivated the shadows walk skill, he couldn't use it while running after all. Kade summoned the hammer hitting it into the ground, creating a massive explosion, he activated the skill again and found this way through their midst. The knights that were in the dusty area began attacking themselves in utter confusion. Kade kept sneaking, he now had the attention of all the knights, they were focused on were the dust had sprouted, slowly but surely, he found his way out of their midst, unnoticed in the panic. He finally arrived at the front of the so called forbidden forest, he smiled, nothing felt outrageous about it. Kade then touched the closest tree, he was immediately sucked in by an unresisitable force, he felt his heart pounding against is chest, everything suddenly felt gloomy. His eyes snapped open, the air felt thick, and hard to breath in, the forest seemed to have been overshadowed by darkness itself, he sensed it, inside felt like it was filled with thousands of monsters. Kade had felt darkness before, he was certain that he had, but this was on another scale, he felt his mind race. Was it because he was weak or was the forest somehow rejecting him? Kade tried to calm himself down, but he couldn't, there were like a thousand voices in his head screaming to be set free. This is true darkness, Kade muttered. "And what do you think of it?" A voice suddenly echoed amidst the darkness, Kade gathered his strength kneeling on the ground and taking a peek at whoever the heck just spoke to him. It was a black armoured knight! But this was not like the others he'd met earlier, he was way stronger. His dark energy coupled with that of the forest was enough to send Kade falling on his knees weakly. From his memories, Kade knew there were ten levels of knights. The beginner knight. The adept. The expert level knight: the one with the leather amour. Then the master level knight the knight with the steel armour. Then the high level, grand master and epic knights which all have the same white blazing armour, but are very distinct in terms of power and armour style. Then we proceed to the final three. The death knight. The mythical knight ( They are referred to as mythical and do not exist.) The Divine knight ( They are on par with the gods, able to breach dimensions and even break through continental realms, usually seen once or twice in five hundred years). The knight Kade was facing was a death knight, one of the strongest in the whole world of arak, should even be the strongest in the city, the souls of the tens of thousands he had killed, screamed in kade's demonic ears weakening him as the time speedily went by. Kade didn't recognize this death knight from Zordon's memory, so he must have recently broke through and reached the next stage. "The knight walked closer to Kade, so you are one of the demons that escaped the great purge aren't you?" The figure cackled. The great purge, Kade thought to himself, after the great demon Zordon died, the great purge lasted for three hundred years until two years ago. Demons panicked across arak, a seal was created restricting the demons from entering the humans realms, then the humans slaughtered the demons greatly. Kade gathered his strength and rose on his feet, in this situation he had lower mana, lower strength compared to he figure standing right before him. If not for the help of the system, it might take him years to equate to the power of the person standing right before him. You isolent fool. The raggered and thick voice of Kade spoke, his eyes gleaming red, flickering under the cloak. Do you think us both, as equals? The death knight roared in laughter. "Equals?" "You and I?" "Equals?!" "I'll make this easy and caught your head off right now, so you would understand, why we will never be equals!" The death Knight's sword fidgeted, Kade understood what had just happened, it was the realm one reached before that of the highest, a speed not visible to the naked eye. Kade used all of his strength to Parry the hit, pushing him backwards a bit. Strange, the death knight rasped, the skills of demon aren't that honed to shield such a menacing strike off. Kade smirked under his cloak that was his skill not Zordon's, though he had been dealt with so much damage, another hit from the death knight will surely lead to his death.Latest Chapter
Attack from all sides
In an instant. Kade summoned his hammer. Holding it horizontally towards his face in an attempt to avoid each and everyone of the strikes. But that was not close to enough, the hammer was large but not as wide to shield all the strike coming from all directions. Kade didn't know the most crucial parts of a demon, but what he was certain of, was that the head of every living being mattered to them, and that was what he kept in mind as the beams hit him in a loud crash. Kade was flung to the other side of the ancient building in an instant. The beams did not stop, the guardians kept chanting the spell like it was their new creed. Pain wrecked through Evey fiber if the demon king's being. Kade registered in his mind that this was probably the highest he had ever gotten hurt. Now that the system had turned the realm of the highest to a passive skill which might be useful when his weak. It was also absolutely useless when he couldn't use it for longer periods. Kade could feel the
The Fountain Of Life
Kade stood at the entrance of the passage way, his head covered in the hood, part of his face illuminated from the devastating aura this beings emanated, by no flaw each and every one of them were stronger than him. They seemed to have materialized from nothingness just to have his head, to be summoned from a void just to make the prophecy described in the runes not come to pass. And this was no joke, their numbers kept increasing. 'The guardians.' Kade muttered to himself, without studying them he was certain they were stronger than him, their strength even rubbed off on the the giant spider's that each of them possessed and rode upon. 'But could it be enough?' This was the question that lingered in kade's mind as his eyes narrowed, could it be enough to defeat the demon king, let alone the new soul it now carried? A smile tugged at his lips as he summoned the desert adapted bow.Eyes locking in the obvious threat, the enemies sprang into immediate action, each of them lunging towa
The tunnels
It was already too late. His gaze shifted to the exact rubble behind him, it was the tunnel he was searching for, the death knight lunged for a finishing strike but it was belated. As his dark mana blazing sword hit the place where Zordon had laid, all that was left was pure desert sand. The death knight gaze lingered across the sands conflicted. He was absolutely certain he not only saw but could feel the demon king's presence just about a split second ago, but now, now he was gone with no trace at all. "Why?!" The death knight roared, clashing his mana blazing sword with the sands once more. The sands exploded outwards leaving the figure of the frustrated death knight amidst it. At utmost speed he arrived at where the army had stood waiting, various warriors gathered ready for war. The formation was the most reasonable one, the most powerful knights at front followed by other knights, then the adventurers in the middle and the mages at the end of the battle formation as they were
Zordon
Five hundred years ago. The world shook. Cities reduced to inevitable dust. Kingdoms thrashed like waste as the innate figure of the demon king Zordon battled in his final form, refusing to clinge unto his defeat. The demon allies he had released unto the world have now been hunted down and almost extinguished. He stood tall amidst hundreds of death Knights, his sheer will power suppressing their divine levels of skills. The air itself ached as each strike was sent towards his enemies in cataclysmic destruction and precision, his six terrifying eyes was enough to make the lands crack and left tidal waves gnawing deeply on the sea at his spells wake. The sky acknowledged is dominating presence as both the sun and moon lingered above with fear of yeilding light in recognition of such majestic power. A battle between gods and demigods a winner already decided right from the beginning, but fate willed differently as something that had never occurred in millennials, a simple tale t
The Death Knight
He clenched his fists on his sword, heart beating rapidly, he lost the grip, the sword blazing with dark energy fell on the burnt ground. Smoke covered the whole area over fifteen feet upwards, dark flames reasonating over the woods, it was barely the power of a death knight. That explosion was merely him relaxing his muscles, he recalled what happened not so long ago. The demon king, the one said to have ruled arak for centuries, the one who built each city from brick to brick stood right before him.He was sure he sensed the weakness in the figure, but the speed, he could never have thought a demon could move so quickly. Not to talk of the frightening aura the demon emitted. He could feel it, the demon was far away, in the desert of orophim, should I go myself, he wondered to himself, sending all of this other knights to that battle would be equal to sending them to their deaths, he shrugged off the thoughts, they are knights they are meant to go to battle, even if it was with the
Tunnels
Sand in a wide and unending expanse, inside of it mixed with ruins. This was the Deserted Desert. He still had time, it was still in the mid night, dawn was approaching soon, he had to move fast and quickly, he casted shadow walk, he shouldn't have used up all the points on agility he thought to himself.Even in Zordon's body, he felt extremely weak, survival in the desert wasn't going to be easy, talkless of the fact that, he didn't know how far the desert extended. He casted shadow walk and climbed down the cliff that divided the woods from the sands, on touching the sandy ground, the sun suddenly appeared. Night time turning to day light.Kade was shocked. what is going on? He asked himself, he felt this absurd feeling that he was being watched with a grave killing intent. He climbed up the cliff again, returning to the woods, the moon appeared in the sky, the clouds dark, he climbed down again, the sun returned."Of course," he muttered, tapping his head frequently, with his ri
