Reaching into my pocket I say to my not so new secretary, since he's been in at this close to two months now: "You can go now."

Pulling out my phone to answer Teiji give a small bow.

"Then excuse me, Director."

He turns leaving.

I answer the call, "Hello~"

As you would expect the first voice that came was the de-facto leader of the others after having received the footage of Rinji's request.

"Why are giving that boy such freedom?" His tone plain as can be.

"Come on

His tone plain as can be."Come on. You all should know by now. That boy isn't who he was before. You should already know of his recent feats. This right after his 'reawakening'. And this time we need more personnel I'll take what I can get." As I speak I hear the door click shut."Why listen to such baseless request from a child? You know full well how much resources you wasted into the girl. Her ability is unprecedented. In as much as it looks it doesn't fall into the known category." Retorted another."And to wha

Now behind the door the breath I didn't know I was holding, came out in a sharp exhale. That was a real rollercoaster--not that I've ever ridden one. The tension was palpable. It felt like one slip would have just ruined everything and I might have had to take a harder route. However since I'd already come forward I'd be the first and sole suspect, resulting in a whole lot of mess. By the way did I mention how drenched my back ways. I was too preoccupied with the talk that I didn't realize. That was stressful. I need a rest. ~Haah I want to cry. ~Yasagawa-san let me rest on your front pillow to wash all my stress away~ . Sigh... Let's just return for now and get to kufo's I move away from the door finding my way back to the Platoon HQ, practically ignoring the passing comment more than the first time I came through that their chatter and footsteps only registered as faints. With a habitual knock I o

"Let me ask you: What of the others? There are many in the same situation as her. So do I take it that you'd do the same as they are in her position. The very closest to you, the majority of the Unnamed. And yet you single her out... So are you going to leave them as well, as they watch you take her way? It seems to me you are the one being heartless, giving them unnecessary hope." I put on a thoughtful frown. I get that he's trying to play at something. To make me feel like; since I'm doing it for Inyx I should feel obligated to do it for others. To shake my resolve, weigh me down with guilt. It seems he's trying to tie me down. But he's wrong on one thing. "...If for the rest in the Unnamed sure I can go as far for them. Yet why would I go out of my way for others I know nothing about?" "Oh~ that's quite hypocritical of you. You'd sit there watching others suffer as much." "I'm not obligated to help everyone. I have a choice to whom I wish to. As for the rest of the Unnamed

[Now that I remember again... I groped it! I really did it! I really own that achievement! Because I did something no one ever could or ever would. I groped God's breasts! I am the man among man!. God I wish I could go on a spree bragging about it~. A shame no one would ever believe me. Heck I'd be crucified on a cross. Or even burnt alive, among others for being a heretic.] I cut off my 3 seconds thoughts, coming back to reality. What on her mind though, with the stare? Her gaze is indescribable, but there something clearly if feel from her. I don't know how to describe it, I get the feeling of sadness, loneliness and something else. How to put it? The best I can say is the sense of distance. My slowed movement picks back up and I pushed on towards my destination. But why is she staring? I don't believe I've done or said anything to her. Maybe I did something indirectly... Mhm?!... I shake my head denying it. After all I don't think I've

Part 1 . Stepping in, I was met with the two facing towards me, at the Genkan. I close the door behind me. As I wondering why they stopped Hoshi looks towards Ro. "Would you do the honors?" With a nod Ro walks back to the door, I step aside to let him pass. I was confused why he'd turn to walk back out when we'd just come in. Then he fetched out a small rectangular paper, with a refined magic circle drawn on it's surface, a talisman. He stuck the paper to the door. It shines a faint glow before burning out of existence. The same magic circle appears on the door, it's diameter two-third the length of the door, a soft radiance as it slowly revolves. With a soft hum as the signal he grabs the nob and opens the door. You'd think I'd be wondering exactly was this was for but, rather another thought crossed my mind when I saw the familiar dark swirling. Why didn't they use it during that attac

Hoshi is the first to look towards him. "Ro, you of all people should know the Agency wouldn't give her up that easily, not after all it took to nurture her." Ro lowers his head, lips pursed, hands clenched. "Are we really doing nothing?" Shinosaki-san threw the question at Yasagawa-san. Yasagawa-san's expression had long gone into deep thoughts, her clenched hand almost turning pale. "So," I cut the tension before it could deepen bringing their attention back to me. "Before we proceed I'd be paying a visit to the director." "... Why?" Yasagawa-san asked with a confused look. I understand the look. One, for what had happened and me retiring from the Agency. Now that I think about it I should be proud. I can boldly say I retired young... at the cost of my life. Aaaaaah, I feel like clutching my head and hiding somewhere. I wouldn't be able to show myself in public if it gets out. It's so embarrassing. I can't even find
