“Thanks, Roseanne.” Kage said as John took the lunch bag from his hands. He settled into the car where Gina was already waiting, her voice eager as she briefed him on his schedule. “Since it’s Monday, the last batch of Richard Ho’s orphanage kids will arrive tomorrow, and the press will be here, too.” Kage smiled knowingly. “More prying eyes, then. Two days ago had been Clara’s proper get-together with Matt. Their 'small' fight, date, and her new regime of being in control of him. Apparently, the blood, tears and lies were too small.
