Chapter 3

Kyle was confused, he didn’t know who the man in front of him was and he was really scared but then when the man bowed down in front of him, he got scared.

“What the hell are you doing? Why are you bowing down to me? I am nobody.” Kyle stepped back to look at the man, he knew that there was no way he would make it out of jail if the man in front of him decided to throw him into prison as well.

“Oh, pardon me, I know that you might be confused. I will explain over a cup of coffee.” The man smiled; Kyle grew more confused than he already was.

He knew that there was no way the man in front of him wanted to kidnap him, then who was he? Kyle decided to follow the man for a cup of coffee to know who he was.

They went to the most expensive coffee shop in the city, it was the place where all the city’s elites came to drink their coffee. Kyle was shocked, he didn’t know that he would ever step foot in an establishment of this high standard. Kyle was really scared that he would get embarrassed again.

“I don’t really have the money to pay for coffee here, I just lost my job and all.” Kyle wanted the man to know that there was no way he could afford to handle his own bill.

“Nonsense it’s my treat, I want to talk to you before I take you to the master's house.” The man said as he sat down and waited to be attended to.

Kyle took a seat too, he looked around to see that everyone was looking at him, he didn’t really know what he was

going to do if there was some kind of trouble brewing. He knew that he wouldn't be able to handle it, he had already been through a lot in a day.

“Okay Young Master, my name is Richard Will. I am the advisor to the owner of Miller Consortium. My master has been looking

for you, we lost hope that you were still alive until we saw the news tonight where you were rough handling that young lad.” Richard smiled as looked at Kyle.

Kyle bent his head down when Richard mentioned the way he beat up Mark, he didn’t actually know that there were people watching. ‘Did he just say Miller?’ Kyle looked at the man, he was sure that he heard the man say Miller.

“Did you just say Miller? Although I don’t think it's connected to me, I am no good for nothing poor man.” Kyle looked at the man, Richard smiled when Kyle said all that. He knew that there was no way Kyle was going to understand what he was telling him off the bat.

“Young Master, you will understand when we go to see the master tomorrow. For now, I know you had a rough day today, I will let you go back to your dorm so that you can rest.” Richard was looking at Kyle, he took one good look at him and he found out that Kyle was tired.

Kyle was still stunned; he didn’t know who he was going to meet or what he was going to expect from the master he was going to meet. He just knew that he needed to go there and hear what they had to say.

“Sure, I mean I did just lose my job so I have enough time on me before I begin looking for a new job.” Kyle scratched his head, Richard only smiled. For some reason Richard was calm and collected and he didn’t act like other rich men.

“Young Master, I will be more than delighted to be sure that you met the master. I know that all this is a bit confusing but if you get to meet him, I know you will understand what I am trying to tell you.” Richard looked at Kyle; Kyle was still lost; he didn’t know what he was going to say.

For one it looked scary that he met a man that kept calling him young master, and the other thing was that he was not yet sure that if it was not the Aarons trying to get back at him for making a fool of their son. Kyle knew that if he followed Richard, it might be a trap or it might be the miracle he had been waiting for.

“Okay, I will go with you to go meet the master. What do I have to lose?” Kyle smiled; Richard was happy that he finally got Kyle to follow him to meet the Master.

“I promise you young master, you will not be disappointed. Let me go bring the car, finish up here I will be back in a jiffy.” Richard left the caffe, Kyle sat down there to think about what he was doing and if he was about to make the right move or not.

“On one hand I am so scared that I don’t even know if there is a way that I am the one he is looking for, but then if I am the one then what does it mean?” Kyle was lost in his thoughts; he knew that there were many possibilities that he was not the person that Richard was looking for but then. What if he was?

“Excuse me sir?”

Kyle snapped out of his daze, he turned to see a waiter there with the check in his hand meaning that it was time to pay for what they had ordered. Kyle was on the verge of exploding; he didn’t know what he was going to do if Richard didn’t come back.

“Your total bill comes to an estimate of $2500, will you use a card or will you be paying with cash?” The waiter looked at Kyle, he scanned the young lad’s attire from head to toe. He was sure that there was no way for Kyle to pay the bill.

Kyle was petrified, he knew that there was no way in hundred years he was going to be able to pay the bill, he knew that Richard would pay it once he came back.

“Um, the man that was sitting with me will pay the bill once he comes back. He was the one that brought me here.” Kyle tried to reason with the waiter, but the waiter was not the type to listen to reasoning.

“What do you think this is? Your local coffee shops? You step in here and order a meal worth $2500 and you try to flee.” The waiter was raising his voice, he wanted to bring all the attention to their spot.

Kyle was confused, he didn’t know what the waiter was trying to do. He had explained that he was waiting for someone and that he would pay for the meal when he came back but as things would turn out it wasn’t going the way he planned.

“Please wait for him to come back.” Kyle pleaded but it was clear that the man was not listening to him.

“I know you type, the infamous eat and run. But not today, security!” The waiter called for security; the waiter was looking at Kyle’s outfit, it was dirty and poorly made so he concluded that Kyle was here to eat and run. Security showed up on the spot, Kyle’s heart began to beat faster.

‘I am getting arrested for the second time? I knew that I shouldn’t have followed that weird looking man. So this was the plan of the Aaron family, I’m doomed.’ Kyle thought that he was going to be thrown in jail.

“Security, please remove this filth from here, keep him at the back. I will make sure to tell the manager then we will know how he is planning to pay his bill.”

The security guards picked up Kyle; Kyle didn’t even plan on resisting, he knew if he did then there would be more problems. He just prayed that they don’t place a harsh punishment on him. Everyone in the cafe was already looking at Kyle, mumbling about what they thought about him.

“What do you think you are doing to the young master?!” Everyone turned to see Richard at the entrance, his eyes filled with rage.
