Chapter 4
Marco graced the scene with his hand on the knob pushing the door to the side. His vision set on the two mortals laying on his bed naked and curled together. One was acquainted with him while the other is strange and unknown. The latter he knows turning out to be the same lady who broke his heart, destroyed his trust and present no value to his eyes.It was her in his own apartment, and not anywhere else, then in his own room and not the other one available guest room in the house, and lastly on his bed, and not other places when the couch at the living room is vacant. A vile audacity she possessed. The rage in his eyes spread through his face as it enveloped his system like a burning fire, he walked in the room further. Hearing the door opened Gina had separated from her concubine, moving totally aside when who showed up turned out to be Marco. She grabbed the sheet, dragging it over her naked bosom and staring at him with shame. The other guy also rolled to the side, grabbing his boxer and covering his manhood. They saw the anger in Marco eyes, they could feel it as it tingles slightly on their skin. Slowly the fear in their face faded away, seeping into nothing as it was replaced with a face void of expression.“What are you doing here?” Marco asked, unable to keep his tone soft and coming out loud in a shout. The tone drenched with his rage.Gina kept her lips sealed with her chin jutted forward, her lips pursed out in silence with her tongue swirling around it. She kept her gaze away from Marco, purposely avoiding his raging eyes.“Answer me Gina!” Marco yelled out in more anger, able to feel the choler runs through his pulsating veins that stretched about all his body.“Oh please,” Gina sneered, backing her words up with a loud hiss.“I owe you no explanation. This house is yours as the same as mine, or have you forgotten I paid part of the rent, if not half but quarter still, so I have some rights to be in here.” Gina said to him, seeming unbothered by how angry Marco is that she brought a man to his own bedroom, and to his bed where he sleeps every nights.“So stop yelling and tell me why you are here all of a sudden. I honestly wasn’t expecting you, why are you here?” Gina questioned his appearance, eyeing him with irritation from the bed she sat with her back resting on the headboard and a duvet wrapped not fully around her; just to cover her chest area and some part of her nakedness.Marco was taken aback by the question, the anger in him calming down and slowly getting replaced with amusement. Is she feeling nothing at all, not even a remorse to what she did to him and instead here she is asking her why he’s in his own house.Indeed she had paid part of the rental’s fee. He returned it back to her but she never collected it and said to him why she should collect him. She was probably still in love with him then.“Don’t look at me like that, you sounded as though you were gonna die when you called earlier. Lying that you need more money.” Gina rolled her eyes at him.“I actually was kidnapped, look at me and see if I’m lying. Do I look okay, the bruised and swells all over my face, does that mean I’m lying?” Marco lashed out his angrily at her.“I was kidnapped for the money I borrowed to take care of you, and today was the day I was supposed to pay back. You broke my heart and believed I wanted to fraud you of hundred thousand dollars so I couldn’t get the money back from you, I have no where to go or beg for money, so I was taken and I actually begged for him to postpone my due date and instead he said I should pay double and pay him right now. They roughed me up to this, and I told him to allow me call you so I can ask for the money. And you already know what you told me, at the brink of him killing me, something happened and I’m alive.” Marco took his time explaining to her all he went through because he loved her.“Oh.” Gina wheezed out a sound. “So you weren’t lying, I thought you wanted to collect the money from me. This isn’t my fault at all.”Hearing that only fueled more anger in Marco’s system. “It’s not your fault? If I didn’t save your dying ass would I be in a problem that I would have died if I wasn’t lucky. But here you are, saying it’s not your fault while having a sex with a stranger on my own bed. How disgusting, you both are shameless.” Marco brawled at the both of them. The stranger who was now claded in a singlet and a boxer stood up suddenly when he reeves himself mentioned in Marco’s statement.“Who the fuck are you insulting?” He asked as he moved closer to Marco, grabbing him by his collar and pushing him to meet the nearest wall.“Did you just call me shameless with that your stinky mouth?” He asked in an intimidating tone. “Would you be in this position if you have the money to take care of her. Your courage to say this is her fault, her only fault is for dating a wretched guy like you that has nothing to offer her. You paid for her medical bills only and you’re now yelling, how stupid and brainless are you? Listen to me and listen good, this is all your fault, and Gina here deserve better, she doesn’t deserve you one bit, and you certainly didn’t deserve her.”“Now apologize for yelling and saying what you said to her.”

This wasn’t the Mikel she worked for and knew, neither the Mr Addams that took her under his wing and cared for her back then. Instead, in front of her stood a man filled with spite. He’s now different, she assumed the change’s starting point had to do with his wife.
