It's been ten hours since the seventh-anniversary celebration, and it's almost noon, with the streets of Manchester buzzing with different car tracks and work endeavors.

The intercom rang for the second time within thirty seconds at Barr. Frederick's office but he paid no attention, rather his eyes were fixated on the televisions screen

He was so engrossed with the latest widely broadcast news that he didn't grasp the two-time call alert.

“Any problem?” he finally engaged, his tone reeking of annoyance.

“Not at all, Sir. Just that Madam Catherine has been at the reception and urgently wants to see you,” the personal assistant voiced out those premeditated words.

“Catherine??? What could she want again? Doesn't she have work or something?”

He sneered with a curved lip before giving the go-ahead hint for access.

He clearly didn't want to be seen with her after the leaked adult videotape, but he wouldn't dare deny her access, or hell would break loose.
