At the mention of Mr. Kim, Delinder stared at Perseus. He looked stunned to see Mr. Kim there, and there was something else she saw in his gaze. It was like he had done something else. It was then that she realized she had done something wrong. If he knew Mr. Kim, he was definitely a big shot.

She regretted not reading the files about him. She had just read his name, his age, and the school he attended. If her father were to ask her questions about him, she wasn’t going to be able to answer.

‘What is he doing here?’ Perseus asked himself as he stared at Mr. Kim.

He had just claimed to be dating someone when he was engaged to Sherry. The night was terrible already. He managed to compose himself and act like he had done nothing. Sherry had given him her permission, but there was no way he was going to tell them it was fake.
