Chapter 136
The constable blinked at him and he gaped at the empty table where his phone had been.

Ghost stepped back and Doreen's head turned when she heard a loud, long-lasting hiss and she began to feel dizzy. She checked on the oxygen tubes by Jessica's bedside and Ghost laughed when she knocked on the door. She swooned.

He turned to Maks who was glaring at him from the entrance of the hospital, he looked like he had just run a marathon. He wore a black hooded coat with a scarf like it was negative 50 degrees outside. He had the precise asian look, slanted eyes, a white buzz cut, high cheekbones, and a certain imperial look. Maks looked at him from head to toe, he rushed past him and Maks checked the rooms.

"Hey." He said knocking on the glass. He asked for Jessica's ward and the worker was alarmed. She was no older than he was. He thought she recognized him somehow but she put a file by another stack.

"You will have to sit down while I check my inpatient index. They've been moved."
