Chapter 250 - 300 Missed Calls

Although the hall was filled with people right now and almost everybody was discussing in a hushed manner, which made it seem as though the place was noisy, they all still heard Jewel’s sudden yell, causing everybody in the hall to stop whatever they were doing and turn their heads in her direction in unison.

The place abruptly became pin-drop silent and everybody began to wonder what was going on.

Jewel also realized this, that she had acted way out of line.

She went blank for a jiffy, and then she became embarrassed, realizing that all gazes were on her.

Nobody taught her when she hurriedly sat down the same way she had shot up, then as though she wasn’t the one who had made everybody look at her, she began to eat her meals with all focus.

Seeing this, everybody did not know what to think for a second till they saw Williams, then some people quickly concluded that it was a couple’s fight, causing them all to start gossiping while happily laughing at them.
