Ethan walked out of the meeting room a few minutes after the elders left with a troubled expression on his face. However, aside from that there was an angry storm brewing in his eyes and Ray could see it.

“What are you going to do, boss?” Ray was curious.

“What do you think I am going to do?” Ethan smirked.

Ray took a deep breath and evaluated his boss’ expression once again, “There is no way you are punishing or throwing Eva out, right?”

“Right,” Ethan affirmed. “However, this isn't only about Eva.”

“What do you mean?”

Ethan took a deep breath and then explained, “The club was passed onto me and the elders have been a part of the club ever since it was founded by the previous boss. They have a few investments in the club to generate revenue for our operations.”

“You are right,” Ray affirmed.

“But I am the boss here. Everything from the previous boss, his investments in the club, was passed down to me and none of you questioned that because you know the previous boss chose a co

The men’s bodies fell to the floor, with bullets lodged deep within their heads, silencing them instantly. Ethan still had the gun raised in the air, his legs rooted to the spot and the rage that bounced off him caused even Genie to step back. Mason was in super awe of his boss, and a silent devotion arose in his mind. Slowly, Ethan pursed his lips, slowly turned to look at Genie who stared at him with fear slowly crept into her mind. “Get in.” He waved the gun at the door, with a stern expression. He was going to punish her, but until she spilled everything he needed to know, he would keep her alive. But the defiance in Genie arose. She had come this far for her revenge, and wasn't going to go down easily, “How dare you order me—”Bang!Ethan didn't hesitate to pull the trigger.“Ahhh…” Her screams echoed in the hallway, as she held her bleeding arm. • A Psychopath

The shock Ethan had earlier was less compared to the one he had now. He was sure he had left Eva back at home and didn't bring her with him. However, when he recalled the stunt she had pulled a long time ago, he already connected the dots. At the most crucial time, in one of his intense battles, Eva had delivered herself into the enemy’s hands. She hid in his car and they got her and now, Ethan could see that she had done the same thing. Even though her memories were no longer intact, Ethan realized that there was no way he could have someone like her near him ever. “Mason…” Ethan whispered, his gaze showing a brewing anger, and deep in his eyes was a chilling killing intent. “Get reinforcement, I will go ahead first.” Mason felt the overwhelming aura from his boss and he didn't dare ask questions. He nodded understandingly and stepped away for Ethan to go through. Quickly, he made an urgent call to their men. On the other hand, Eva who was still struggling was dragged and thro

  • Emotions Locked Behind Rage

Ethan watched with a meaningful gaze as Chairman Davins walked up to claim the bid. Right there and then, he made payment. A hundred million dollars! Even though it wasn't a large sum of money for the Davins Group, if word got out that it was a scam, it would shake the integrity partners had in the company. As Chairman Davins walked off the stage, he made brazen eye contact with Ethan. However, Ethan didn't have eyes on him anymore, his attention was now on the message on his phone. “Boss, you need to come over, right on. I have found the lady in the red dress.” Mason would never request his presence if the situation wasn't an urgent one and while Chairman Davins started to approach him, he stood up. His feet carried him straight to the location Mason had sent him. The place had some interwoven paths in which anyone could easily get lost, however, Mason had made the location easier to find. “Boss…” Mason’s hushed voice resounded and Ethan saw that he was standing before large do

The earlier suspicion he had rose a notch higher and he immediately whispered a few words to Mason. “Look around for that lady. She has to be here somewhere...” “Yes, boss.” Mason didn't need to be told anything else. He had already launched an investigation into the unknown lady after all, she was never supposed to appear at the bidding event. Her presence must mean something. As he left, there was a ruckus at the entrance of the hall and as Ethan looked behind him, he saw Chairman Davins walking in with a serious expression. The other bidders were very surprised to see him, their hopes visibly trashed that they were going to win the bid after all, the Davins Group had a lot of cash to throw around. The guilt in her for doing this was starting to dissipate when she saw Eva still acting like an innocent flower behind Ethan. “We have to talk,” Ethan said, knowing it wasn't the right place. She visited the OB/GYN section in the hospital without even consulting him.“No, we are saying whatever is needed to be said, here.” Erin opposed it immediately. “Since I am pregnant, I am keeping the baby. And you should know I wouldn't like other women around me.”“So, you know what to do, Ethan.” She sneered. “Erin!” Ethan uttered her name, a certain anger rising within him. Do you really believe that she is crazy and magically she gets calm when she is near Ethan?” Aria cried. “Well, what can I do? It’s what she wants?” Chairman Davis sighed. “But Ethan belongs to me.” Aria insisted, hoping they wouldn't rob her of the happiness she had been trying to build. “Well, he never claimed you.” Chairman Davins shrugged.
