All I could say at this moment is that, I opened my mouth and words of their own accord had dribbled their way out. That was the message I intended to put across but that wasn't actually the way I wanted to do it. But I know too well that, I can do everything but take back the words. As Samantha raised her head from the tablet. 

Her face was calm, still washed by the glee from the party. I didn't ask her what she was doing alone in her room when a party was going on in the sitting room. All I could think of was heaving my heart off this suicidal burden. 

"How's it going Dare? Spoken with Ninny yet? If she hasn't come to you, maybe go to her. I already told her that you were the brain behind the party. She might want to say a word or two to show her gratitude."
