Oliver blocked the road to stop another taxi he was almost hit by it but luckily the driver stomped its break.

''Are you insane?!'' the driver come out and wanted to kick his butt, ''I just want a ride to get out of this hell,'' Oliver responded and immediately get inside and the driver shakes his head.

The old driver held his chest, he was nervous as he let out a sigh of relief that he didn't hit him. ''You almost gave me a heart attack,'' he mumbled.

''Where is your destination?'' the driver asked when he was back inside but Oliver was stunned by the absence wondering about everything that happened in his life.

''I don't know," he answered. He sighed heavily, didn't know what to think clearly. "Just take me out of here!"

"What?!? You don't know where you're going?!" the grumpy driver stopped for a moment, he was very confused with his passenger who is not on himself.

"I have no home, sir. Maybe you know a place that has an affordable apartment?" Oliver asked and the driver's face lightened to know he wants to find an apartment.

"Oh, sure! My wife is a landlady in our small apartment, you can board there for $200," the driver was excited to drive him there.

Oliver rest his head and want to take a nap for a while, he was very tired from the things he didn't expect to happen. He closes his eyes wondering what to do with his life when he already found out about his real father.

It was a big obstacle for Oliver to start over because his name would be resounding if the public will know that he was the son of the rich CEO in their town. It will be a bigger controversy if it is revealed that he and Carter are brothers fighting over a woman.

All he had to do was to keep it a secret. Oliver wanted to stay out of trouble with the rich people. Things are starting to get messy because of the series of misfortunes in his life since his girlfriend cheated.

When they arrived at the old small apartment the old driver guided him inside. "The rooms here are small but you will be the only one staying, besides there is a big problem with the water that disappears sometimes in the morning," he explained, Oliver nodded as he peered into the empty room.

There was a small bed that was not comfortable enough to fit Oliver's body size. "Better than the jail." He said.

He leaned against the door as he thought about how he was going to support himself in the next few mornings when he no longer had a job.

Oliver sat on the edge near the window and could see the narrow neighborhoods. He saw a woman who he noticed was being chased by men.

When he got out, he followed the men who were chasing the woman who was trapped. "You have no escape from us!" He saw that they were threatening her with a knife in their hands. Oliver did not let the innocent woman get into trouble so he faced the men with all his courage.

"What is your problem with that woman who has nothing against the two of you?" He got their attention and they looked at him in disgust.

"Don't get involved in this! Leave if you don't want to get hurt!" They shouted at him but Oliver just grinned.

"I won't leave until you let her go." Oliver seriously warned them.

"Who are you to interfere?!" the man approached him while pointing a knife at him. "I wouldn't interfere if I didn't see anything wrong. But looking at this situation. I have a reason to interfere." Oliver insisted and a man was about to stab him but he immediately avoided it.

The other man kicked him in the back but it was weak enough that he didn't fall. He returned it with a strong kick that knocked him far away.

"Be careful!" he heard the woman scream and he managed to kick the knife the other one was holding but the trouble was not over.

"What do you need from her?!" he was impatient with them but he did not want the woman to perish at their hands.

"She has a big debt she can't pay!" The woman was crying and wanted to leave but Oliver was thinking of a way to get her out safely.

"How much money do you need?? This?!" Oliver took the rest of the money out of his pocket and threw it at them.

"That's not enough to lay for all of her debts!" the man demanded and there was nothing Oliver could do to save the woman.

"Go away! Just leave!" The woman shouted at Oliver but he will not leave her and is willing to sacrifice his life to save other people.

He would rather die for someone else who needed help than back down and feel guilty to let someone suffer.

Without a second thought, Oliver rushed at the man. He pulled the woman away from them but Oliver felt something sharp stab him.

The men run off with the money and Oliver is left slumped on the floor with blood coming out of his mouth.

"I'm sorry." The woman apologized as she approached him.

"It's okay. The important thing is that you're safe," he replied even though it was difficult for him to speak.
