The next day Rapheal went to the Rangelic publishing company.

The CEO, Mr Wellson, who was already waiting lit up with a greasy smile the moment he caught sight of him.

'The money bag is here! I have to make sure he doesn't escape.'

He quickly held out his hands, his grin stretching even further. "Mr Raphael, I didn't think you'd come yourself."

Rapheal accepted his handshake. He stated indifferent, studying the older man.

"I'd like to take a good look at what I will be working with."

"That's right. Nothing is better than seeing it in person." Mr Wellson chuckled to hide his disdain.

'exactly what does this spoilt brat knows about running a company?'

There was no one who didn't know about Rapheal's reputation as a useless good for nothing.

He then turned his attention to the other person present. Asking curiously. "And who might this be Mr Rapheal? Your lawyer?"

"No. This is my assistant Vicent." Rapheal shook his head. "Shall we get down to business.

He brought Vicent today for a reason.

"Yes. This way please."

They were led to a large conference room with floor to ceiling glass window.

It offered a wide view of the bustling city below. A touch of urban beauty.

Mr Wellson's secretary brought them coffee. She glanced at Rapheal briefly with her long lashes and thick plum lips painted with a bright shade of red before swaying her lips as she exited.

Rapheal didn't touch the cup. He didn't like coffee.  "Let's not waste time. Not to talk of the rumors about the company going bankrupt, I also know you are pressed up to the neck with debts and in desperate need of company."

"Mr Raphael don't you think you are over exaggerating things." Mr Wellson broke out into cold sweat on the spot.

He wondered where Rapheal got this much information.

"The company might be struggling now but it doesn't affects it's standing reputation and the brand influence it has build over the years..."

"Who said I was going to invest?" Rapheal sneered. It seems this person really took him as an idiot. "Mr Wellson don't play games with me. I am well aware of the condition of your company and want to acquire full rights over it. State your price."

Mr Wellson was indeed a old business man. He adjusted quickly. "I see. Well no matter what, this is still a legal and 10 million."

"Eight million."

"Mr Raphael you are too much?"

"Then should we do seven?" The young man asked thoughtfully causing him to swallow his complaints. He forced a smile.

"Why don't we both take a step back and settle for nine and the half?"

"I only have eight." Rapheal smiled back.

Mr Wellson gritted his teeth hateful as he agreed. "Okay. Eight million. It because it is you Mr Raphael." He said.

As if. Rapheal snorted inwardly.

It took less than a hour for everything to be drafted out and the contract was ready.

As Rapheal signed the contract he thought in his head.

Look how bright he is smiling now. When he sees how well the company will do later he is going to drown himself in his own spit.

"Mr Raphael are you going to pay with cash or transfer?"

"Don't be so old-fashioned. Who use cash nowadays." Rapheal was in a good mood now.

He bought his own company. Today marked the first step he acheived after his rebirth.

Not counting the loss of 100 million.

It still pained him.

Vicent acted his part as an assistant flawlessly. He unfolted a laptop from his black bag and politely handed it to Rapheal. "Here boss."

Rapheal operated it with ease under the burning gaze of the bankrupt CEO. He paid smoothly. 500 million.

"All done. Nice doing business with you." He turned to Mr Wellson who couldn't keep the contempt off his face.

"Yes, you too Mr Wellson."

Let's see who is going to cry after finding out they bought a gold budha made of wood.

Just then the system alert went off in his head.

[DING. SYSTEM TASK, ESTABLISH A LEGAL COMPANY IN 24 HOURS, COMPLETED]

CONGRATULATIONS TO HOST.

TASK REWARD: INSIGHT LV II. (I CAN TELL A GOLD LAYING HEN AT A GLANCE) ACQUIRED.]

Rapheal fell silent after listening to the reward.

I can tell a good laying hen at a glance?

What kind of God fors...loving skill is that!

[WITH THIS SKILL YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE A BAR ON TOP OF PEOPLE'S HEAD THAT CAN TELL YOU IF A PARTNERSHIP WILL BE BENEFICIAL OR NOT.] The system patiently explain in it's lackluster voice.

For real! Rapheal sat up excitedly.

Yes! This is how a golden finger should be. Not just taking his money!

After the meeting, Rapheal didn't stay a minute longer and they walked to a cafe close by.

The remaining two if his best friends were waiting there.

"Rapheal you are here." Finn was bored, reclining on the chair, he tapped aimlessly on his phone. His eyes light up when Rapheal and Vicent walked in. "What did you call us here to meet for?"

Rapheal sat down in one of the empty seat. He replied, offhandedly. "Making money."

"Are we doing drugs....?"

Vicent slapped him at the back of the head before he could finish. "What the fuck is going through your head all day?

Rapheal laughed. He had missed this scene alot.

"Vicent follow up on the handing over procedure and reach out to the others. See those who want to stay and those who prefer to leave. We will settle them regardless of their choice." He said.

Vicent was thrown off by the sudden responsibility. "Me? Can I do that?"

At this point one would say 'i believe you' or 'trust in yourself.'

Rapheal said sincerely. "I am sure you can. Make me lose money and we can always fall back on your organs."

He didn't have much money now, and the Devereux family was monitoring him. He can't spend too much from his other account least it alerted them.

I am truly so poor. A river if tears flowed in Rapheal's heart.

"Bro...aren't you been too much." Vicent mumbled. But also knowing that this was Rapheal's way of conveying his trust.

"He has been smoking too much. Most of his organ won't be in a good shape. Won't make that much money." Cody sipped on his ice Americano and said seriously.

"What about me? What am incharge off?" Finn leaned in, face briming with excitement.

"You...." Raphael started off slow, then broke into a smile. "I registered you for a tutor. Work hard to write the next college entrance exam."

Among the four of them Finn was the only one who didn't graduated high school.

His wealthy family became bankrupt overnight. Then his father ran off with his mistress leaving them deep in debt.

After which Finn dropped out of school to do odd jobs.

"I don't want to." Finn shook his head firmly.

"It that's so you can't help me with what I want." Rapheal shrug. "Cody...."

"I will protect you."

"No. You are going to go with Vicent and learn from him." Rapheal gave him a disapproving look.

In fact, in his past life non of his friend had lived a good life.

He didn't want that to happen again.

No one was allowed to be left behind.

As they walked out of the cafe he wrote done the number of the tutor he found for Finn, who in turn kept protesting.

"I said I am not going."

"It's getting late." Rapheal glanced at the watch on his wrist, ignoring him. "I have somewhere I need to be."

"Okay. Bye-bye. I will call you if anything comes up." His friends waves at him.

Rapheal stood at the side of the road to flag a taxi.

From the corner of his eye he caught a odd figure.

This wasn't the first time. At first he brushed it off as him over thinking.

Now, he was very sure that someone was stalking him.
