Vergo remained silent inside the phone store, he had no intention of getting into trouble before building the foundation of his strength.

However, that desire was truly impossible. A man suddenly barged inside. He looked at everyone one by one.

His eyes immediately landed on Vergo, who was standing quietly while holding a phone.

The man's eyes widened. "You...!"

The man who had barged in was Jansen, the person who had been silenced inside the restaurant earlier.

He did not expect to run into the young man who had defeated him before.

When Vergo saw Jansen, his eyes instantly narrowed. His figure dashed forward and unleashed a roundhouse kick.

Jansen did not react, he was completely distracted because he wanted to shout and was stopped too quickly.

"A-"

Jansen collapsed onto the floor, he lost consciousness after just a single attack. As for Vergo, he looked at him for a moment before turning around and gazing indifferently at the customers inside the store.

He could see that every customer in the store looked both shocked and frightened by him.

Vergo let out a long sigh. "It seems I can't stay here for long. I have to leave and find another place to avoid this group."

He decided to leave the phone store, his next destination was a construction supply store. He was going to renovate his own house so it would be suitable to live in.

Outside, Vergo slightly quickened his pace, and he passed through several narrow alleys to avoid being detected by the Dog Hand group.

However, it was useless because when he turned the corner, he found two people walking from the opposite side.

"Oi! You're the one who won the lottery, aren't you!" One of the Dog Hand thugs shouted.

When Vergo saw and heard that, his eyes narrowed. There were only two enemies, he did not care at all.

His figure rushed toward the two men, making both of them become alert.

Even so, they smiled mockingly after seeing Vergo's thin figure. To the two of them, what could a skinny young man like Vergo possibly do.

However, underestimating an enemy was taboo in a fight.

"You arrogant brat!" Thug 1 threw a punch forward.

Vergo dodged, then he used the wall as a foothold while leaping upward.

His leg spun swiftly and shot straight toward the side of Thug 1's head.

Thud!

Thug 1 was knocked to the side. His ears rang loudly, and he blinked several times.

"Aahh!" Thug 1 screamed in pain, but Vergo did not care at all.

He appeared in front of him while delivering a kick straight to his opponent's stomach.

Bang!

Thug 1's eyes widened before receiving a punch straight to his head.

He collapsed onto the ground, while his companion was still stunned, and that person immediately came back to his senses.

"Damn it!" Thug 2 shouted in fury, he launched an attack.

Vergo stared sharply, causing Thug 2 to stop for a moment. Vergo took advantage of this, he dashed forward and attacked ruthlessly.

Bam!

A fist flew forward with great force and struck Thug 2's head.

Vergo looked calm, he had already taken down the two men, and he quickly walked away before the others arrived.

Along the way, Vergo felt his heart pounding rapidly. Not because he was afraid, but because he was still weak.

It took several seconds to deal with weak people like that. This slightly offended him, someone who came from another world.

"Tch, I need to grow stronger and destroy this gang of thugs!" Vergo muttered, he quickened his pace toward the construction supply store.

He avoided the roads that the Dog Hand group might pass through. Not long afterward, he arrived at the construction supply store.

Vergo's gaze fell upon the construction supply store, his eyes narrowed slightly before he walked inside.

"Welcome! Is there anything I can help you with, Young Man!" A large and muscular man greeted him loudly.

Vergo looked at the man and spoke casually. "I want to renovate my house, is that possible?"

"Renovate your house...? Yes, but I need to see your house first!"

Vergo nodded. "No problem, this is my home address. Look for the messy house, that's my house!"

The contractor accepted Vergo's address, and he frowned. "Area 6, and it's located deep inside."

"How about we go to your house first? I need to do a survey and prepare for tomorrow. As for the cost, I can only determine it after I finish the survey."

Vergo waved his hand. "No problem, then I'll come along with you."

"No problem, I'll pack my things first!" The contractor said casually.

He went inside the house and began getting ready before heading to the place where Vergo lived.
