As Zhen Lee drove across the district, he engaged Zi Han in another conversation, discussing more about the gang’s various controversial businesses.

“The convenience stores and martial arts centres only contribute to a fraction of our revenue. Our real profit comes from the cab union. The drivers alone bring in a million each month, and then we have the union leaders raking in money through scrap auctions and special paid services.”

The last line caught Zi Han’s attention. “What special services?” he asked like a clueless outsider.

Zhen Lee quickly realized that although Zi Han was now leading the Black Dragons, he had spent his whole life as a mere student who had no connection with the criminal world. Thus, it was natural for him to have little idea about the cab business.

“Forgive me, master. I almost forgot you are still adjusting to our way of life.”
