“W-why did you push me?”

Bobby had come to his senses and was intrigued as to why Julio was being so rude to him. His friend had been rude at times, but Julio had no reason to push him to the floor today.

Also, he remembered Julio agreeing to humiliate Rex, the waiter. It was very strange because Julio suddenly introduced Rex as his close friend. Bobby knew Julio would not make a friendship with a waiter.

“Did you not hear what I was saying earlier?” Julio walked over to Bobby and stomped on his stomach. “I pushed you because you were touching my friend.”

Bobby could not respond because his attention was drawn to the pain in his stomach. If Julio had stomped on him harder, he would be vomiting blood by now. He should be grateful, because Julio did not do that.
