14. Gate to Next Floor

"You look cool with your mask on." Finia toyed with Blue. Blue was silent as they walked down the second floor boss dungeon.

The others also seem to have considered Blue more as part of them. Finia's cat also slept on Blue's head as usual.

Many questions were given to Blue about the incident at the inn, but Blue answered that it was a miracle because he survived the explosion.

The bi-colored skull tried to attack Blue who was running towards it, but was stopped by a meteor strike from behind it, and when the bi-colored skull turned around, Blue was already in front of it and swung its sword at the bi-colored skull's feet.

That strike, made the legs of the two-colored skull shatter and instantly the part that was cut froze. Hon didn't want to waste the opportunity created by Blue and directly hit the two-colored skull with a punch of both hands.

The two-colored skull's body fell down but was still able to survive. Even though it couldn't stand up, the two-colored skull could still attack using both hands. His left hand attacked Blue and his right hand attacked Hon.

Joel who was nearby made a shield projection and protected Hon, While Blue blocked the attack with his sword with his ice aura, then used the power of the two-colored skull attack to retreat backwards.

Joel then conjured up three energy projections of spears above the skull, And launched them towards the two-colored skull body. The bodies of the skeletons shattered scattered from the force.

"Hahahaha I'm the greatest" Joel laughed.

"When the boss can't move freely, you are still getting help from Pipo, what's so great?" Finia bit her shirt and looked up at the Cat above Blue's head.

"Humph, even without pipo's help I should be able to defeat that ugly skull"

Pipo is Finia's cat, even though it looks like an ordinary cat, Pipo has the ability to improve one's skills. As he did before before. that triple increase in strength was the key to this group's strength.

And because of that, the conquest this time seemed to be easily beaten by them.

A normal adventurer would fight a 2nd floor Boss while at level 12-13, but since Joel, Hon, Finia, and Tom had been on this floor for quite a while, it was normal for them to reach that level. Even though Hon, Finia and Tom hadn't reached level 20 yet. Joel getting to level 20 first was because of his hunt when he disappeared.
