"I am not siding with the king, Jonah."

Jonah was confused. But seeing the sincerity in Mikael's eyes, he believed him. His friend had never lied to him before.

"I say that because I have seen everything that has happened since he ruled our kingdom," Mikael added.

Of course, he knew the king of the Arans Kingdom, who had ruled the kingdom for several years, better than anyone else.

Moreover, he knew better than anyone else the man's bad character. Every time he remembered the king's lustful gaze toward his sister, Mikael wanted to gouge out his eyes.

Suddenly, Mikael's chest tightened as he remembered his sister, who was still in the palace.

Diana, hold on! I beg you, Mikael said silently.

He didn't know what Philip had done, but he was confident that the man would not dare to touch his sister as long as her body had not been buried.

So, he actually wanted to enter the palace immediately before his body was buried.

However, seeing how difficult the situation was, he decided to enter the palace exactly one day after his body was buried.

One of the restaurant patrons responded again, "He's right. I'm not sure he'll listen to our complaints. All this time ... he has rarely appeared in public. All matters outside the palace are always handled by the Prime Minister."

"I know. But ... at least many people will know if we are dissatisfied with the king's decision. We can show the world that General Avery's death still holds many mysteries that must be solved immediately," Jonah said seriously.

The man then turned to his friend again, "Mike, you have to join our demonstration."

Mikael didn't answer, but Jonah took that as a sign of agreement.

Mikael could only shake his head.

In the news, he saw the deputy war general, Sean Henley, appearing alongside Kevin Winston, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Arans.

To be honest, he was very surprised to see this, because as far as he knew, Sean did not have a good relationship with Kevin.

However, seeing them appear together clearly proved him wrong.

"By the way, it looks like Sean Henley will be appointed war general, replacing General Avery," Jonah said while watching the news.

Mikael did not respond and chose to eat his food instead.

After seeing Jonah exchange contact numbers with several restaurant patrons who had agreed to stage a demonstration on the day of Mikael Avery's funeral, the man left.

"The hour I gave the Browns is up. Can you take me back to the Browns' house?"

Jonah nodded, "Sure. I want to see if they'll return your valuables."

Jonah drove the car to the Brown family's house.

This time, he got out of the car and entered the yard.

"Why does it feel so quiet?" Jonah frowned.

He turned to his friend, "Mike, I feel something strange. Isn't there usually a security guard guarding this house?"

Mikael was silent for a moment, observing the situation outside the Brown family's house.

His instincts told him that something was wrong with the house.

Suddenly, Mikael grabbed Jonah's hand, "Jonah, can you wait here or maybe in the car?"

Jonah quickly shook his head, "No. I can't let you go in alone."

Mikael gave up and didn't force Jonah to leave.

"Then, whatever happens, stay close to me."

Jonah swallowed hard. "You're talking like there's going to be ...."

He didn't continue speaking because Mikael told him to be quiet.

Mikael stepped forward without hesitation to enter deeper into the house.

When he touched the handle of the huge door, Mikael opened it without the slightest fear.

As soon as he entered with Jonah standing behind him, a few seconds later the door suddenly closed.

Mikael and Jonah immediately turned toward the door behind them. It turned out that two people had closed the door.

The two people were dressed in all black and both smiled crookedly at them while carrying guns.

Jonah flinched, but Mikael said calmly, "Stay close to me!"

Jonah nodded.

Actually, he didn't know what might happen to them. The Mikael Summer he used to know was not someone who could fight.

His martial arts skills were pretty poor. But he felt a very different aura from his friend after he woke up from his coma.

Although he also didn't know if Mikael's martial arts skills had improved, Jonah strangely felt he could trust Mikael.

The sound of applause reached the two of them.

Mikael looked up and saw the Brown family staring at him with mocking looks from the second floor.

Not only were there Mr. and Mrs. Brown, but there was also Jenna, the woman who was still legally his wife, and Jack Rolland, who lifted his chin with arrogance.

"Mr. Brown, what's going on?" Mikael asked casually, without glancing at Jack or Jenna again.

Bobby clapped his hands again and now more people dressed in black appeared from various directions.

Jonah counted the number of people in his heart and immediately froze because there were 22 of them.

We're dead, Mike! Jonah thought to himself.

Instead of answering Mikael's question, Bobby grinned, "A gift for you, Mike."

"Ah, I see! I guess ... you can't return my precious watch. Is that right, Mr. Brown?"

Liza Brown spat, "You damn son-in-law, that old watch will never be returned to you. So ... stop talking about that damn thing and now sign the divorce papers on that table and get out of here."

"Mike, you're really pathetic. You ... only used that old watch to stay with Jenna, didn't you? Admit it! You don't really want to divorce Jenna. God, aren't you ashamed to beg for love from a woman who doesn't want to live with you?" Jack said with disgust.

A haughty smile appeared on Jenna's lips. "Oh, Mike. I know you love me so much, but ... I'm sorry. I have no intention of continuing our marriage. So ... you'd better just sign the divorce papers and get out of this house."

Mikael laughed instead.

Jonah blinked, thinking his friend had gone crazy. To him, only a crazy person would laugh at such a tense moment.

"What are you laughing at?" Bobby gritted his teeth.

Mikael shook his head, "I can't stand hearing what my wife is saying, Mr. Brown."

Jenna tensed up. Jack immediately hugged her, not caring that Jenna was not yet officially divorced from Mikael.

Mikael suddenly looked up and smiled contemptuously at his wife, "In the past ... I may have been stupid for loving a woman who never appreciated me. But ... I am no longer the Mikael who was crazy about a woman who cheated on her husband when he had an accident."

Jenna was stunned.

"I told you before that I was willing to divorce Jenna. Why didn't anyone believe me?" Mikael put his hands on his hips and looked at each member of the Brown family.

Jack gritted his teeth, "Just sign if you really agree to the divorce."

Mikael didn't respond and instead walked quickly toward the table where the divorce papers were lying.

He didn't read them and immediately signed the divorce papers without thinking twice.

Jenna was stunned, as was Jonah, who never expected Mikael to be willing to let his wife go.

"I've signed it." Mikael put the divorce papers back on the table, "We're officially divorced, Jenna."

Jenna was stunned, completely shocked to see Mikael sign the divorce papers so easily.

"Now ... Mr. Brown, tell me where you hid my old watch!" Mikael said coldly.

Bobby gritted his teeth and instead ordered, "Everyone, kill him!"

Jonah's eyes widened, but before he could say anything, he saw many people attacking them.

They repeatedly hit him and Mikael hard.

But, who would have thought, Mikael easily managed to fend off all the attacks.

Not only did he block the attacks, Jonah even heard the sounds of broken bones and the screams of the guards from Mikael's attacks on them.

Bobby Brown, seeing almost all of his guards lying helpless on the ground and only two remaining with pistols, shouted, "What are you waiting for? Shoot him now!"

Permission was not easy to obtain except on certain days when the palace allowed residents from outside the palace to enter. However, Mikael Summer, his friend, had helped him in many ways. He felt so sad when Mikael had an accident. He's not Mikael.""Don't be silly, Jenna!" Liza said irritably.Jenna shook her head, "Come on, Mom. Mikael wouldn't do something like this. He's a loser."Liza was stunned. "You're ... right. "Dad, are you sure this won't cause any problems?" Jenna asked worriedly as she watched her father ask his wife to put poison in the food. Bobby clicked his tongue, "It won't. People will just think he overdosed on drugs. He just got out of the hospital, no one will suspect anything."Jenna swallowed hard, still looking anxious. But Liza turned to her daughter, "Call him now and be nice so he doesn't get suspicious."Jenna nodded in understanding. "Of course."As soon as Jonah agreed, Mikael immediately changed his clothes and packed some of his belongings. Jonah was stunned and blinked several times when he saw how Mikael acted. During the trip, Jonah repeatedly glanced at Mikael with a furrowed brow. "What's wrong?" Mikael finally asked, unable to bear it any longer. Jonah shook his head. "You look very different.""Different how?""Oh, well ... you usually talk a lot, but since you woke up from your coma, you've been much quieter, and I even feel like you're not yourself."Mikael raised his right eyebrow. "What do you mean, not like me?""You're too calm and ... somehow I feel like you have an aura that intimidates people. I even feel impressed and intimidated by you."Mikael immediately turned to his friend who was driving the car, "Isn't that a good thing?"Jonah smiled awkwardly, "I'm not saying it's bad, but ... I'm just not used to it. Ah, never mind. Besides, I think it's good that you're like this."Mikael wanted
