The press conference had just ended in an absolute uproar. Rocky descended from the stage under heavy guard, leaving behind a hall filled with a swarm of journalists hungry for more information. However, his stride was halted in the VIP corridor leading to his office when two very familiar figures intercepted him.

"Rocky! Wait!"

It was Madeline’s voice. She was jogging toward him, breathless, while Gerry followed behind with a face flushed deep crimson—a volatile mix of rage, shame, and denial.

Rocky stopped, but he didn't fully turn around. "You have thirty seconds before security drags you out of my building."

Madeline immediately stood before him, desperately trying to put on her sweetest, most regretful face. "Rocky, please, listen to me. About what happened in the lobby... I was just confused. I was pressured by Gerry! He’s the one who forced me to distance myself from you when you went bankrupt."

Gerry’s eyes widened in shock. "What? Madeline! What are you saying?"

  • The Kennedy Family

The sun began to set, leaving behind a streak of crimson-orange that reflected off the glass walls of the ROC presidential suite. Rocky Kennedy sat in silence in his plush leather chair, his fingers tapping the mahogany desk in a rhythmic cadence. Before him, a holographic display—visible only to his eyes—flickered to life, showing a digital invitation that Fred had intercepted from the Kennedy family’s private network. "The annual foundation anniversary dinner," Rocky murmured, his voice heavy in the quiet room. "Or more accurately, a celebration for successfully purging a 'parasite' like me from their lineage." “Sir, data indicates that your uncle, Richard Kennedy, has leveraged your father’s old assets to fund his new project with Gerry Foorgan. They are utterly convinced you will never rise again,” the System’s voice rang cold within his mind. Rocky flashed a cynical smile. "They didn't just discard me when I fell; they plundered my parents' remaining legacy. Fred!" The door s

  • Owner of ROC Company

Gerry attempted to rush after Rocky, but two burly bodyguards immediately blocked his path. "Move! Do you have any idea who I am? I am an important guest!" Gerry screamed frantically. Beside him, Madeline stood frozen, her entire body trembling. She watched Rocky’s retreating back—a back she once held close, but which now felt utterly foreign, radiating an oppressive aura of absolute power. "Gerry, this is impossible... ROC is a global titan. How could Rocky..." Madeline’s voice hitched in her throat. "Shut up! This has to be a scam. Rocky must have hired these people just to humiliate us!" Gerry tried to convince himself, even as cold sweat began to drench his temples. Inside the main hall, hundreds of journalists from various international media outlets had their cameras poised. Flashbulbs ignited like lightning with every movement on stage. The name Rise Of Company (ROC) was a magnetic force in the business world today. Rocky stood behind the stage curtain, watching the monitor

  • Gerry and Madeline's Insult

Rocky turned slowly, his gaze falling upon Gerry, who was clad in an expensive suit—a luxury bought with the spoils of the company he had stolen years ago. Beside him stood Madeline, looking stunning in a designer gown, though in Rocky’s eyes, she was nothing more than a displaced ornament. "Gerry Foorgan," Rocky said flatly. His voice no longer trembled as it had during his bankruptcy. "The world is small indeed, but I didn’t expect you to have the nerve to greet the man you betrayed." Gerry let out a scoffing laugh, while Madeline watched Rocky with a look of disgust mingled with pity. "Rocky, look at yourself. You show up at the ROC building dressed like that? Are you applying for a janitor position?" Madeline mocked. "Leave before security drags you out. This is an event for the elite, not a place for beggars to indulge in nostalgia." Rocky adjusted his jacket, giving Gerry and Madeline one last look before heading inside. "Gerry, thank you for coming to my company. I’ll make s

  • Meeting at ROC Company

Waking up, Rocky let out a long sigh and sat up.He hadn’t been able to sleep all night, his mind too busy with thoughts of tomorrow—when he would have to hold a press conference as the CEO of ROC, a company known across the world.Getting out of bed, Rocky walked to the balcony door, pushed it open, and stepped out toward the railing. Who would have thought—just a short while ago he had been on the verge of bankruptcy, unable to rise again. Yet now, he was the president director of one of the largest corporations in the world. Who could have imagined it?“I will never forgive those who tried to destroy my company,” Rocky muttered, drawing in a deep breath. “Every single person who made me fall, every one of them who watched me sink without lifting a finger—they’ll all pay the price. I will never forgive them… unless they live as my slaves.”The night felt calmer than usual. In his new mansion, Rocky could feel the luxury that surrounded him. Yet he knew—he couldn’t force others to he

  • Video Spreader

Rocky looked at Fred who was already walking with a lot of files. There were a lot of things that Fred investigated as soon as he got up from the hospital bed because from that very moment he realized that there were a lot of people who had tried to bring him down. "The site that spread the video of you asking your aunt for money came from a strange site. I tried to track it down but couldn't find any accurate data from the site that spread it. It seems like it's an illegal site managed by the system so no one uses it and anyone who wants to spread something from there just needs to submit the material." Fred said making Rocky look at what the man was showing. Rocky looked at what was in front of him, some data about the websites that had spread the video. Many had also checked him out in the comment section because of a rumor that he didn't have the wealth that was rumored, which made him smile slightly. "This account is connected to one of the small industries, it seems to ha
