Evelyn pulled Benjamin into a warm embrace, holding him close for a moment. "I trust you, my son," she murmured, her voice filled with maternal affection. "Take care of yourself when you leave. I'll contact our connections to arrange for strong bodyguards to meet you there. Please make sure you use them and stay safe too."

Benjamin returned the hug, a sense of reassurance washing over him at his mother's words. "I will, Mom," he promised, his voice sincere. "You should actually be the one going back to the States to continue your work. I'll be fine here.”

Evelyn chuckled softly, her eyes sparkling with fondness. "Fine, I'll stay here for just about a week and then move back," she agreed, giving him a gentle squeeze before releasing him from the embrace.

As Evelyn left the room, Benjamin's phone buzzed with a call from Ezra. He answered, listening intently as Ezra relayed the message. "Tomorrow, 2 p.m., Benjamin. Your first-class flight will be ready for departure," Ezra informed him.
