"I thought you'd chicken out, hooligan." Evelyn's cold voice came just as Eric was wondering how he should escape.

"Why would I chicken out when I have a beauty like you accompanying me? I'd rather court death than miss the chance to spend time with you." Eric grinned as he walked towards Evelyn.

"You'd better stop saying nonsense!" Evelyn glared at him as her face turned red in embarrassment.

"Chief, why are we taking him along, he'll just be a distraction?" One of the police officers, a tall muscular man, frowned as he looked at Eric with disdain.

"None of your business." Evelyn sneered and got into the van alongside the others.

Soon, the van arrived at the outskirts of the city after about a 30 minute drive. Soon, an uncompleted building came into view and the Van parked a few distance away from the building.

Getting down from the Van, Evelyn and the other police officers move stealthy toward the building, according to their sources, the drug transaction should have begun.

Only Eric strolled towards the building, ignoring all the absurd gazes of the others. With his powerful intuition which came alongside the constitution, he could tell that something was wrong, thus he didn't bother.

Soon they got to the entrance of the building, currently, there were only about fifteen police officers, adding Evelyn to the fray, and then with Eric, they were sixteen.

All the others brought out their guns and cocked them as they stood at the entrance in vigilance.

"Hehehe, there's no need to be so hostile when visiting someone else's house." A loud chortle came from within and immediately, about twenty armed men rushed out of nowhere and pointed their guns at the police officers.

Evelyn's expression changed upon seeing this and immediately, she knew that they had been busted. But there was nothing she could do about it, there was no way they could fight their way out.

"Slowly, she put down her gun, and the other police officer followed suit and raised their hands putting it behind their head.

"Brothers, escort our guest in." The voice came again and immediately the door of the building opened.

Evelyn and the others walked into the uncompleted building slowly and looked around.

Inside the building was a chair, and a table. One was seated by an average-looking man. Beside him were two other people who had their guns cocked and pointed at Evelyn and the others.

"Evelyn, I didn't expect you to be so eager to catch me." The man grinned as he looked at Evelyn.

"You wouldn't get away with this!" Evelyn gritted her teeth as she said stubbornly.

"Nope, it's not that way. It should be the other way around. You wouldn't be getting out of here instead." The man grinned.

"You see you've been a hindrance to my business, so there's no need to keep someone like you alive." The man shook his head as he said slowly.

"First, I'll kill your colleagues, then I'll let my men play with you for seven days and nights."

"I'll let you enjoy what's called absolute pleasure." The man grinned evily as he looked at Evelyn.

"You don't have to do this. You can kill me, but you should let the others go." Evelyn said with gritted teeth.

"Nope, that's not the rule here." The man shook his head.

"Hey, read out the rules." The man turned to one of his men and commanded.

"Rule five section one, states that: Anyone who crosses the boundary of the gang who is not a member or comes for trade wouldn't be allowed to leave unless he joins the gang. And in the case where the other party is unwilling, he'll go meet Hades in the underworld."

The man read out almost immediately.

"You see, I'm not the one who made the rules, that's how it is. So in your case, you all have to meet Hades tonight." The man smiled.

Evelyn gritted her teeth upon hearing this. She knew that there was no way she would be able to escape. At the moment, she could only regret bringing these policemen with her and the Hooligan who had a glib tongue with her.

None of them deserved to die and even if she was killed a hundred times, it wouldn't justify the fact that they had been killed because of her.

But then, she couldn't understand how he had known that she was coming. The police operation had always been top secret.

"How did you know that we were coming?" Evelyn gritted her teeth as she asked.

"Isn't it obvious, there's a mole in the police?" Eric Shrugged as he spoke up.

"Very good boy, you're correct." The man froze for a moment, then he laughed and said.

Evelyn felt a jolt pass through her body hearing what Eric said. She couldn't believe the fact that there was a mole in the police force.

"And can you tell us who the mole is?" The man grinned as he turned to look at Eric.

"Is it that important?" Eric furrowed his brows as he looked at the man.

"If you're correct, I might let you go." The man chuckled.

"Fine, that's the mole." Eric turned around and pointed at the tall muscular policeman who had tried to stop Evelyn from bringing him.

He had already known about this since they were surrounded. While the others displayed an expression of fear, he looked fearless and even though he tried to hide it, it couldn't escape Eric's sharp eyes.

"How dare you accuse him of being a mole, do you even know what you're saying?" Evelyn flew into a rage as she scolded Eric.

"You don't need to scold him. He's indeed right, he's the one who sold you all for a million dollars." The man chuckled as he pointed at the policeman Eric just pointed at.

Evelyn froze as she turned around to look at the policeman. Much to her shock, he had no look for regret, or fear in his eyes.

"Why... did you do it?" Evelyn's body trembled in anger as she looked at him.

"Why shouldn't I do it? Would this lousy Police job let me buy a house, or make me rich?" The man sneered.

"Besides, you've always stolen the limelight and been putting us all in your shadows, do you think I want to remain in the shadows all my life?"

"Just because you're a little bit more capable than us, that doesn't mean you get to order around as though we are your slaves."

"Let me tell you, I've already received the money so all of you must die here."

Evelyn's mind shattered as she looked at the man, at the moment, he had a crazed smile on his face as he looked at Evelyn and the others as though they were dead meat.

"Beauty, what are you willing to offer me if I help you capture that man." Eric suddenly spoke turning to Evelyn as he pointed at the man sitting on the chair.

(Three Days Later)"It's been three days, I wonder how those two are faring," Eric muttered while eating the peeled orange placed on the table by the workers in the Villa. For the past three days, he had been resting, doing absolutely nothing.Well, that was on the surface. In fact, he had been making sinister new plans on how he was going to deal with PharmaMax.Also, Jackson had called him the day before yesterday telling him he managed to invite more than half of the people.Eric felt it was too fast, but he didn't say anything. After all, Jackson was reliable, so there was no need to doubt him..Also, he needed to guard against spies which was why he was acting this slow. The longer he took time before he did anything, the more frustrated they got.So in the end they were going to decide he was a coward who was not capable of anything and just leave him alone."Let's not think about this," Eric muttered once again, closing his eyes while resting on the sofa..The three day time li

"Sir, here's what you asked me to get," Avery soon came back with the list of materials Eric sent her to get."Place it there, I'll start arranging the materials once I'm done writing these talismans," Eric replied, his attention fixed on the talismans he was writing.By his side were a series of brushes and then a huge stack of talismans.Eric's immortal Qi was flying around as he wrote on the talisman. Now that he was stronger, the level of the talisman he was writing would naturally increase too.Alex, who had been with Eric for a while, was in a daze. He could see Eric's immortal Qi and at that moment knew Eric was an immortal. It wasn't surprising anymore that he was so powerful now that he realized why.Avery was no different, her eyes opened wide in shock , staring at Eric as he wrote.Who the heck was this guy? She found herself asking this same question once again. How was he an immortal? When did he become one? Well, she didn't know much about him, so there was no way she w

"And Ohh yeah, there's another thing you'll need to do this time," Eric continued before the twins' thoughts could go wild."I'll be taking a look at your Cultivation Technique and I'll correct it for you. What I said the last time still stands. There are some errors in the way you cultivate which is why you've not broken through," "Also, I'll be preparing medicinal baths for you every day for the next three days which would enhance your talents,""But the perks is that you'll get me all the resources. As for how you'll get them, I don't care. All I know is that I need them in half an hour," Eric concluded, his gaze finally landing on the twins. He knew what he was doing. They were seasoned cultivators, so increasing their strength shouldn't be a big deal.Besides, with this, he was secretly cultivating soldiers. Having two heavenly Realm powerhouses would be a great thing."Yes sir," Avery and Alex nodded, excitement flashed through their faces. After Eric left the last time, they r

Soon, the three got back to the Villa. Sitting on the sofa, Eric glanced at the twins, then broke the silence,"I won't be helping you deal with Jackie, you'll be doing that yourselves,""Huh?" The two froze hearing what Eric said, their eyes opened wide and their eyeballs seemed as though it was going to fall off their sockets."But....""You don't have to look this shocked," Eric shook his head, yawning lazily."I'm too lazy to deal with someone like him, so that's why you'll be doing that." He was now a false Immortal Realm powerhouse, so why would he fight someone below him.Though only a false Immortal, he was still strong enough to punch a hole in the void.Speaking about Void, he should be strong enough to teleport and also make flying swords. Also he should be able to do spatial travel."System, can I do all of that?" Eric muttered in his heart wanting to know."The host needs to be at least a true Immortal Realm powerhouse before he would be able to do that." The System's mec

"Surrender instead and I can consider keeping you and your manions alive," Jackie proposed, his expression unwavering as he stared at Eric."That's actually kinda hold of you," Eric chuckled standing from where he was sitting."I'll be giving you three days. If I don't get an answer by then, I'll assume you want me to send you to Hades," Eric continued walking towards the door."Also, remember to live these three days to the fullest, that might be the end of your life, and also it might not be. But that's only if you're willing to submit," Eric paused, his gaze landing on Jackie once again."Let's go," Eric continued, turning to the twins, before walking towards the door.Avery and Alex nodded and walked towards the door. Though they wanted to say something, they were before the enemy, it would be detrimental to do something like that."Do you think you can come and go like it's just your backyard?" Wasn't he afraid of death?"Let's go in," Eric's eyes shot open, staring at the twins who were still fixated on their seats.Alighting from the car, they walked into the Villa, their eyes darting around, while their muscles were all tensed up in alert.Eric was the only one who walked in as though he was walking into his house. There was neither a trace of fear, nor panic in his eyes.
