Chapter 31

"Accepting what, huh?" snapped Ryan as he looked at Shawn strangely.

Ryan saw that him eyes were not focused on him but on something else. Only Ryan didn't know what it was. Moreover, the frivolous smile he saw made him doubt what Shawn was up to.

Shawn then glanced at Ryan. The look in his eyes seemed to be teasing Ryan. Emotionally, Ryan took a step toward him and shouted, "Are you deaf? "Accepting what, huh?"

Ryan grabbed Shawn by the collar, so their faces were now facing each other. Shawn then took Ryan's hand and grasped it tightly. Ryan felt pain from Shawn's grip.

Shawn then said, "Accepted what? Of course, accepted the assignment to beat you up!"

Shawn slammed into Ryan's face until he was pushed back. Then Shawn stepped closer to him, and before Ryan could get into position, he hit him again.

Every blow delivered by Shawn felt like a pali blow. Ryan got dizzy from getting two punches in the face.

Ryan clenched his fist and tried to hit Shawn. "Damn you, son of a bitch!"
