The Woodhurst Academy auditorium was a whirlwind of accusations and denials. Brenda Harrow, her face a mask of fury and humiliation, screamed over the rising din, "This is a setup! All of it! Newton orchestrated this!"

As Dr. Grayson coolly presented evidence of Brenda's financial improprieties and the other teachers' ethical lapses, Damon stood silently, watching the scene unfold. His mind, however, drifted back to the weeks leading up to this moment, to the meticulous planning and strategic maneuvering that had brought him here.

**(Flashback)**

*Weeks Earlier*

Damon sat in his Master bedroom, the glow of his laptop illuminating his face. Felix paced back and forth, his brow furrowed with concern.

"Are you sure about this, Mr.Newton?" Felix asked, his voice laced with worry. "Going up against the entire administration? It's risky."

Damon's fingers danced across the keyboard as he accessed the Wealth Generation System. "I don't have a choice, Felix, also call me Damon from now on, Mr. Newton sounds so formal" he said, his voice firm. " anywhere, they're trying to destroy me. I have to fight back."

He initiated the process of liquidating a portion of his assets. Numbers flashed across the screen as stocks were sold, bonds were cashed in, and investments were converted into liquid funds.

"Eight point seven million dollars," Damon announced, his eyes fixed on the screen. "That should be enough."

Felix stopped pacing, his eyes wide with surprise. "Eight point seven million? What are you going to do with that kind of money?"

Damon closed his laptop, turning to Felix with a determined look. "I'm going to invest it in the school, Felix. I'm going to make Woodhurst Academy an offer they can't refuse."

*A few days later*

Damon sat in a dimly lit room, surrounded by portraits of stern-faced benefactors. He was meeting with Mr. Abernathy, a senior member of the school's board of trustees.

"Mr. Newton," Abernathy said, his voice cautious, "I must admit, I was surprised by your request. A meeting with the board, on such short notice?"

Damon leaned forward, his voice earnest. "Mr. Abernathy, I have a proposal that I believe will benefit Woodhurst Academy for years to come."

He laid out his plan: a significant donation to the school's development fund, earmarked for scholarships, new facilities, and academic programs.

Abernathy's eyes widened with interest. "Eight point seven million dollars, you say? That's… a very generous offer, Mr. Newton."

Damon nodded. "I believe in this school, Mr. Abernathy. I believe in its potential. But I also believe that it needs to change. It needs to become more inclusive, more equitable, and more focused on the needs of its students."

Abernathy stroked his chin, his eyes thoughtful. "And what do you want in return, Mr. Newton?"

Damon's voice was firm. "I want the board's support. I want your assurance that you will stand by me if I face opposition from the administration."

Abernathy hesitated for a moment, then nodded slowly. "You have our support, Mr. Newton. We believe in your vision for Woodhurst Academy."

*The following week*

Damon sat in a coffee shop, meeting with Mr. Howard, the renowned lawyer Felix had recommended.

"Mr. Newton," Howard said, his voice sharp and professional, "Felix tells me you have a… delicate situation."

Damon nodded, laying out the details of Brenda Harrow's campaign against him, the fabricated charges, and the biased disciplinary hearing.

Howard listened intently, his eyes narrowed in concentration. "And you want me to represent you at the hearing? To expose their corruption and clear your name?"

Damon nodded. "I want justice, Mr. Howard. And I want to make sure that Brenda Harrow and her cronies are held accountable for their actions."

Howard smiled, a glint of steel in his eyes. "I like your style, Mr. Newton. I'll take your case. But I'll need your full cooperation. I'll need access to all your information, all your contacts, and all your resources."

Damon nodded. "You'll have everything you need, Mr. Howard. Just make sure they don't get away with this."

**(End Flashback)**

Back in the auditorium, Dr. Grayson addressed the stunned crowd, her voice ringing with authority. "I have here documentation confirming Mr. Newton's significant investment in the school," she announced. "Thanks to his generosity, Woodhurst Academy will be able to provide more scholarships, build new facilities, and enhance its academic programs."

A murmur of astonishment rippled through the audience. Students whispered, teachers gasped, and staff members looked at each other in disbelief.

Dr. Grayson continued, her voice filled with admiration. "Mr. Newton is a model student who embodies the values of this institution. He is intelligent, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference in the world."

Brenda Harrow, her face contorted with rage, could no longer contain herself. She leaped to her feet, pointing a trembling finger at Damon.

"He's a fraud!" she screamed, her voice shrill and hysterical. "A charity case! He doesn't belong here! He bought his way in! He's nothing but a con artist!"

She spoke with one voice, harsh with anger and despair, pulverizing her words in the air, shaking her face in shock, disgust ringing through her eyes.

Damon wasn't able to sound an euphemism as he stood there watching Brenda, the carefully constructed mask that made her powerful and authoritative suddenly crumble before his eyes.

After Brenda exploded with vicious tirades she soared to fever pitch, "He is using you all! He is manipulating you! He is trying to rule the school! Don't you see what he is doing?

She turned to look at the audience and her eyes were begging again, "He's not one of us! He's just a... a commoner! He cannot understand our traditions, our values, our way of life! "

Dr. Grayson, her face plastered with a plaster of disgust, rose to speak. "All right, Brenda, " she said coldly and furiously, "you've embarrassed yourself enough. "

Brenda ignored her muting her grumbling "He's trying to annihilate everything that we've cranked here! He's trying to make Woodhurst Academy some sort of... of socialist utopia! "

She lunged at Damon, her hand clenched, ready to throw it at him, but before she could reach him Dr. Grayson held out his hand.

With a swift, decisive attack Dr. Grayson slapbed Brenda across the face, the sound reverberating through the auditorium, obscuring the throng.

When Brenda stepped back to her seat, the hand she held flung over her cheek, wide-eyed and amazed, in an auditorium that was silent and filled with tension.

She stood over Brenda, her face colder than that of the other patients. "You are done here, Brenda, " Grayson said earnestly. "Effective as soon as possible. "

Brenda gasped, her body shaking with fury and disbelief, opening her mouth to speak but nobody could hear her.

And Dr. Grayson put her arms around her neck and spattered her lips. "This hearing has been adjourned, " she said finally, "and further proceedings will be taken against those who have engaged in misconduct and abuse of power. "

She turned back to Brenda, her eyes fiercely frowning. "You've been let go, Ms. Harrow. It's your fault you've been sent home. So gather your things and leave now.

Brenda sat there shaking, completely devoid of authority. She peered around the hall, looking for support and guidance - looking everywhere only for faces that were disgusted and condemning.

The silence in the woodhurst academy auditorium had been broken only by a ragged breath coming out of Brenda Harrow's throat, and she thought Dr Grayson would be the last to say it: "You are out here, Brenda. Effective immediately. "While Brenda was still reeling from the slap on her face she finally spoke. This time, with a voice tinged with some kind of anger and doubt. 'You can't do this! ' she said, her eyes wandering around the room. 'I'm the principal! I have the power! 'Dr Grayson had the most frigid voice I've ever heard. "Not anymore, Brenda, because you lost your right to be head of this school. She turned, then, to Mr. Abernathy, chairman of the board, who nodded grimly at his own motion. "The board is in favour of Dr Grayson's judgement, " he told her, his voice authoritative. "Ms. Harrow, you have been relieved of your duties as principal of Woodhurst Academy. "Brenda's face crumpled. "But... but what about the school, what about my reputation? "Grayson's eyes were fi

She looked at a group of students who were waiting in the wings. "These students came forward to share their experiences with Mr. Newton, and therefore they will give indisputable proof of his guilt.Damon remained composed, his eyes fixed on Brenda. "Before you call your witnesses Miss Harrow I would like to call a couple of people to speak on my behalf. "Brenda laughed. Her eyes quivered in disbelief. “You trust us to think that anyone would come to defend you, Mr Newton, after all the trouble you’ve caused? ”She raised her hand in dismissal of his demand but, before she could say anything, the doors of the auditorium slid open and all faces turned back to the door.He turned, grimaced, and took a step into the room. The auditorium at Woodhurst Academy was filled with excitement and anticipation. Lots of folding chairs lined up with students, teachers, and staff. They looked at questions alike with curiosity but also morbid fascination. The air was filled with whispers. " Did he really cheat? " " Is he getting expelled? " " I read he bribed a teacher! "At the very front of the room, on a raised platform, stood Brenda Harrow, her lips sunken with a self-congratulatory smile. Behind her at the corners were Mr. Langley, Ms. Patel, and Mrs. Ellis, who radiated a sense of justification. A long table sat before them, before which was alone Damon, his smile so tranquil he could not make out the details.Brenda threw a gavel at the podium, making waves in the hall. “We’re now in session for this disciplinary hearing, ” Brenda mumbled, loudly demanding an approving audience. “We are here with serious allegations of misconduct against Damon Newton. ”She turned to Damon and her frosty eyes bulged. "Mr. New

Brenda Harrow’s office was silent except for the tick of the brass clock on her shelf. Damon sat on the edge of a stiff chair across from her desk, his back straight, hands folded in his lap. Four teachers flanked Brenda like a tribunal, papers and folders stacked before them. Brenda shuffled her notes, then fixed Damon with a frosty glare.“Mr. Newton,” Brenda began, her voice clipped, “we’re here to discuss grave matters concerning your conduct at Woodhurst Academy.”Damon didn’t flinch. “I’m aware you asked me here, Ms. Harrow. But no one’s told me what I’m accused of.”Mr. Langley snorted. “Playing innocent already.”Brenda ignored the interruption. “Let’s begin. Last week, you achieved a perfect score on Dr. Patel’s chemistry exam. Isn’t that right?”Damon nodded. “I studied hard.”Ms. Patel arched a brow. “You expect us to believe that?”Damon’s gaze didn’t waver. “Yes. I do.”Brenda leaned back, lacing her fingers. “We have reason to believe you obtained the answers in advance,

Brenda Harrow’s office door clicked shut. Heavy velvet curtains blocked out the campus afternoon sun. Around the polished mahogany table, five teachers perched on the edge of their seats, all eyes fixed on the principal as she poured herself a cup of tea, her lips tugged into a tight, disapproving line. The teachers where approached by Xavier and Ernie’s parents, after there were both humiliated by Damon. The parent gave instructions for Mrs. Brenda Harrow to get rid of Damon.“Thank you for coming,” Brenda began, her voice icy. “You all know why we’re here.”Mr. Langley, the strict Latin teacher, scoffed. “Because of Damon Newton.”Ms. Patel, Chemistry, folded her arms. “He’s everywhere: the club rosters, the debate team, even that ridiculous ‘student business’ he runs. The other students are starting to idolize him.”Brenda set her teacup down with a thunk. “That’s precisely the problem. He’s become a… symbol. And not for the values we stand for at Woodhurst Academy.”Mrs. Ellis, Hi
