Deadmoo, it is the most terrifying place on the planet.

It was rumoured this place doesn't exist, another rumour was that it was a place where extincted monsters once existed.

Against the rumours, this place exists, a jagged rocky walled prison harbouring people whose crimes were too bloody for newspaper headlines. Hardened criminals, hired assassins, monstrous gangsters, people who kill for appraisals.

They aren't called prisoners— they've given the title of the DOOMERS because whoever walks into the Deadmoo never walks out again except in body bags.

Against the history, one man was walking out alive today and the prison felt the weight of his absence.

Kade Crowe.

The name that freezes bones, and makes people who carry their power on their shoulder folds like coward

Everyone has a title for him. Some call him KING, while another sets call him and THE MIRACLE HAND.

The iron gate of cell 1 creaked as a uniformed warden opened it. Behind him, two prison Securities with hands on their weapon yet they were shaking with fear because inside that prison..

Kade Crowe stepped out.

The Warden stepped back, a cold shiver stiffening his spine. His knuckles whitened on the pistol tucked in his hostler. It wasn't for attack. It was for defense, even though he was well aware that weapons were useless against a man like Kade Crowe.

The entire prison stretched with deafening silence immediately Kade stepped out of the Cell.

He is tall, squared shouldered, Black hair fell over his face, and steel blue eyes that'd made most people here wet their pants.

Killian stopped at the centre of the Hall. He raised his head to see one thousand prisoners before him.

"Today," he started, his voice carrying across with authority that was never questioned. "I will be leaving."

The atmosphere shifted. Subtle whispers hummed and it died down as soon as it came as Kade continued.

"When I finally walk out of here, none of you should cause trouble. Protect yourselves because all of you here are not prisoners. You're Fighters, you're Survivors." Kade pointed at each of them oddly. "But If i hear that any of you stir trouble.."

He paused without finishing the rest of the statement which made it heavier than any justice words could do.

Breathes hitched in collective gasps.

They all knew what Kade was capable of doing.

Then it happened once,

One thousand doomers went down, their knees hitting the floor with collective thuds.

Then, they all bowed in unison.

'We won't cause trouble, King Kade!'

'We will obey you!'

The prison authorities gasped. They had seen people comply with authority, but this was submission and reverence.

Kade's name wasn't just mentioned out of fear, but also with respect. Because his hand could kill and revive. He knew medicine that broke the law of medicine and ruled the prison with brute strength.

"Good." He nodded. "Now, I will leave."

An old man with silver-grey bolted out. His knee connected with the floor at Killian's feet with a Sharp crack. His head snapped up. Tears streamed to his cheek as he offered something.A rusted ancient key.

"King, this is a token. You deserve something much better" He gushed, held out the key with shaking hands. "But please if you collect this, only then can I have a happy death." He said through tears. "This is a key to an ancient crest with hidden priceless Fortunes. Please accept it, King."

Collective gasps echoed the hall sharply.

The prison authorities were stunned by the scene.

"Who offers gold and still pleads for its acceptance?"

Another man stumbled out before they could register the first.

"I have nothing to offer, King. But I have beautiful daughters. If you marry the five of them, I will be at peace. It'll be the best decision of my life."

Another man rushed out after, presenting a carved wooden object.

"This is the Grimwood family seal. All my Estates, I'm giving it to you. You saved my life, King, and you deserve everything. Please accept it."

One after the other, they offered priceless.

Kade looked at the priceless items laid out in his front without interest. Then, he shook his head.

"I will not accept them." He said flatly.

The rejection was worse than a heartbreak.

"I want one thing from all of you.." Killian pointed a finger at them. "...to live peacefully among yourselves."

Then he moved.

First, it was silence, as though one important part of a component was missing.

Then, they started chanting loudly.

"King kade! King Kade!!!"

Kade felt the air for the first time after five years in prison.

Five years ago when Cassandra, his wife committed murder, Kade was the scape goat. But he wasn't, because marriage sometimes requires sacrifice and that costs him five years of freedom.

"Cassandra," his heart welled with emotions, "I'll finally be seeing you again."

Her face never left his memory, it was the only thing that carried him through the darkness of the prison.

A smile touched his lips at her thoughts.

Suddenly, fleets of expensive Cars pulled over at the curb, cutting through his reverie.

Convoy of Five Sedans cars, their hoods gleamed expensively under the afternoon sun.

The door of the main ride, a Black Cadillac Escalade swung open and a woman dressed in an expensive gown stumbled out before her Securities could.

She crossed the yard with a quick stride, panic and plastered all over her face.

She dropped on both knees at Kade's feet. Her bodyguards exchanged skeptical glances, shocked by the move.

This woman is a public figure in Valeria.

She clung to Kade's leg like it was a lifeline to whatever her situation was. Tears cascaded to her cheek.

"Please, save my daughter..." She cried, without concerning about the expensive designer dress in dust. "... she's dying."

Kade frowned slightly. "What is going on?"

"My name is Elena Carrington." The words tumbled from her mouth. "My father told so much about your ability. Only you can save my daughter. The doctors..they have done everything. Nothing is working again."

Her grip tightened on Kade's trousers, desperation burning in her voice.

"Please, I will do anything. Anything you ask me to."

Killian exhaled softly.

"Stand up." He said.

Sandra jumped to her feet immediately.

"Thank you. Thank you..." The gratitude tumbled out with relief flooding her face.

Kade continued calmly.

"I will help you," He said in assurance. "Tell me the address. I will come when I'm done with my business."

"Mr. Crowe..I will come to you myself. I will come." Elena Carrington gushed, clinging to Kade like he was her only hope.

"Just tell me the address where I'll meet you." He repeated firmly. "Wipe your tears. Your daughter will live."

"St. Augustus private hospital. 88 windsor Avenue." She quickly gave out the address and left with the hope that Kade would save her daughter.

The convoy vanished down the street leaving behind dust in the air and the tears of Elena Carrington.

Before Killian could decide what happened next, a burgundy sport car screeched to a stop close to his stand, the tyres nearly running over his feet.

"What the—"

The door swung open. Black Heels came down with a sharp click then the body followed to reveal a woman wearing a sharp crimson blazer, a black sunglasses on her face. She carried herself with her shoulder high, arrogantly like the entire ground belonged to him.

Kade's eyes narrowed on the woman as recognition flashed in his eyes. "Margaret West. Cassandra's assistant!"

His hope flared.

Margaret stopped in his front, keeping distance from him like he was plagued.

The corner of her lips curled in disgust.

"You finally came out. Congratulations on your freedom. Mr. Crowe."

"Did Cassandra send you to pick m..."

"She didn't." Margaret Cut him off harshly, disdain flashing across her feature. "You're still speaking with such entitlement after all this while." She slapped the envelope to his chest. "Sign in, and contact me when you're done. Mrs. Cassandra doesn't need violence in her life."

Kade frowned in confusion, watching Margaret strutting away.

"What is this? Sign what?"

Margaret turned to deliver the parking statement.

"Ms. Cassandra is cutting you out clean." She said casually. "She won't settle for a man with a crime record."

Margaret finally walked away, leaving a message that Kade didn't quite comprehend, and an envelope that would destroy everything he hoped for.

But he wasn't aware yet until he opened the envelope.
