CHAPTER 13

Arthur was waiting in the car driven by Jim. He was dressed differently from how Claire knew him to usually dress. He was also wearing a sunshade to complement his looks.

Jim was responsible. He had him dressed up.

Arthur knew he had more pressing issues to sort out but he couldn't wait to see the look on Claire's face. He couldn't sit still without going ahead with the plan in his head. After that was done, he was ready to concentrate on business.

Jim pressed the horn, alerting Arthur who looked up sharply to see Claire glancing around to catch the sight of Arthur.

With the sound coming from the car, Claire figured it must be for her and she approached the car immediately, her hands trembling.

Arthur didn't know if she knew about him already but she gave herself away already. It was obvious she knew his true identity already.

That made him smile.

He should have known. Claire wouldn't have picked up his call if she didn't know he was no longer the Arthur he used to be. She picked it b
