They arrived at the underground parking lot of the Main Finance Building. The place was silent, illuminated only by flickering neon lights.
“We enter from here,” Desmond said. “This elevator goes directly to Amel’s penthouse.”
They entered the elevator, and Desmond pressed the button for the hundredth floor. Inside the fast-moving elevator, Olivia looked at Desmond.
“Are you really an Incubus?” she asked, her voice low.
