Aniya Rossi – A twenty-two-year-old spoiled blond with light blue eyes who loves to shop and party, and is only focused on her own life and friends. The first Werewolf with a conscience, instead of a mindless beast like the others. Her mother was once the lover of a Werewolf without knowing it when her marriage had problems.

Nick Kerrisk – An Irish man and a nightmare Werewolf. The first time that Aniya met him, he was wearing a simple white shirt with some kind of drawing on the front, ripped jeans, and sneakers. He had dark eyebrows that contrasted with his dark green eyes. A chiselled chin, a beard two days old, a short haircut with a few tuffs over the left side of his forehead, and pink light-colored lips.

Davis – Aniya’s driver and bodyguard. He always carries two guns in holsters under his armpits.

Amy – A young Dior shop stylist.

Maddie – The sales manager in a Dior shop.

Emma Atkinson - Aniya’s friend and the tallest of the group. Brunette with brown eyes, short hair, always annoyed at everything. Secretly in love with Aniya.

Lisa McCarty – Aniya’s friend. Twenty-two years old, with long curly red hair, a freckled face, and an extremely cheerful personality, she is the soul of their group. Changes into a Werewolf with a fur of a copper colour.

Frank McCarty - Lisa’s father, the owner of a big newspaper.

Sharon McCarty – Lisa’s mother and a social worker.

Violet Green - Aniya’s friend. Dark long hair, dark blue eyes. The quietest of them all, she always preferred to be left alone than to call attention to herself. Unless she was with her friends, especially if Lisa was around because she had the most amazingly contagious laughter. A Werewolf that works for the Hunters, an ancient group that hunts and kills Werewolves.

Dan Rossi – Aniya’s father. A big and muscular man, who had nothing to do with the usual image of a powerful CEO of a major technological company. A thick moustache that ended in a curl at each end, knuckles with callouses caused by his long hours of punching bags, completely shaved hair, to disguise the lack of it on the top of his head and the owner of a natural thundering voice.

Violet Rossi – Aniya’s mother. A tall and blond woman with light green eyes like her daughter. Her curvilinear figure and generous-sized breasts hinted at her as a trophy wife, when, in fact, she was the actual power behind every decision her husband took. She was extremely intelligent, with a master’s degree in Finance and one in Accounting. She was the one pulling the strings. Her husband was a mere disguise because it was far easier to convince those traditionalists on the Board of Directors that a man was in charge of the company’s fate, instead of a sexy woman like her who had always been underestimated since her younger years.

Anna Kent – Aniya’s assistant in her company. A small young woman with dark blond hair that is always tied in a long braid and tiny glasses that almost conceal her dark blue eyes. Turns into a dark brown Werewolf, with more curves and taller.

Meredith Lion – Aniya’s attorney and Anna Kent’s aunt.

Hadrian Kendrick – The company’s former attorney.

Mister Smith – An older man with a long grey beard who is a member of the Board of Directors.

Mister Sellas - An older man with an absurdly large moustache and dark eyes, framed by a round face and short dark brown hair. He is also Meredith Sellas’ father.

George Williamson – The attorney of Dior, an older man with short grey hair.

Edison Harvey – Dior’s Marketing Manager, a middle-aged man wearing a dark blue suit.

Lucian Davis – Dior’s Executive Director, was twenty-one years old but looked rather young and was also a Hunter.

Jack Holland – Anna Kent’s friend. With a slender figure, his dark brown eyes, framed by his short dark brown hair and thick eyebrows, made him look older and always serious. Turns into a dark brown Werewolf.

Adrian Gordon – An anchor reporter for a News Channel. A Werewolf that likes his beast side way too much.

Lucas Dalton – The Leader of the Hunter Squad.

Ethan Quaid – A member of the Hunter Squad.

Peter Neylan – A member of the Hunter Squad.

Andreas Hansen – Aniya’s real father. A Norwegian Alpha Werewolf.

Blake Garvin – A member of the High Council of Hunters. An older man with grey hair and a beard.

Anthony Nolan – A member of the High Council of Hunters. A man with round glasses, a shaved beard, and short hair.

Jake Kinnerk - A member of the High Council of Hunters.

Meredith Sellas - A woman barista with dark brown curly hair and a bad temper. Robert calls her Mere.

Robert Isles - a Mixed Martial Arts fighter. A man with a scar over his left eyebrow and rough air, that speaks in a hoarse voice. Meredith calls him Robby.

Louise Green - Violet Green mother

Frank Green - Violet Green father

Dedicated to:

To “Eliza Selmer”, the laziest, whiniest, American gal I know! And to a certain British “Moonlight Muse” who was Aniya Rossi in her younger years! Oh, and my forever love, the Welsh mighty dragon, “Yukiro”! Together with “Ergelina”, the craziest Estonian woman I ever met, and the sweet Romanian “Yu Ina Cyo,” they all helped me when I got stuck in my story. They gave me ideas and an accurate point of view every time I asked. Much obliged, ladies.

  • Chapter 41 – Press Conference

Davis parked the limousine in front of the company’s building and opened the door for Aniya. A path was open for her, granted by her security men, who were making sure she could enter the building without being disturbed by the crowd of reporters that kept on asking questions about why she called for a press conference and why she hadn’t made a public statement regarding the death of her father, the attack on her mother, and the deaths of her friends. Aniya fixed the position of her sunglasses, checked her knee-length white dress for wrinkles, and walked straight to the entrance, not even bothering to answer. The reporters she wanted to talk to were already inside, according to the message that Anna Kent sent her, meaning that the ones outside were

Aniya was standing in front of the Hunters’ building on the opposite sidewalk. Dressed in tight dark leggings, a white t-shirt and sneakers, she was frowning, lost in deep thoughts. The day arrived, and she was nervous. Next to her, Nick was dressed in a dark blue tracksuit and dark sneakers. He glanced at her and said, “It seems everyone is ready. What do you think?” Aniya took a hairband from her wrist and tied her hair in a high ponytail. She looked left and right and saw the street cut off by

  • Chapter 39 - The death of a friend

In the morning, Aniya was at the Church with Nick. They had to enter from the back door to avoid the reporters at the main entrance who were waiting for her. A huge group of police officers that arrived early had placed a safety line made of metallic fences at waist height, and they were making sure no reporter or curious person entered the Church to harass the family and friends of the deceased young girl. Inside the Church and on Aniya’s left side were Davis, Lisa, and her parents, and on her right, Anna Kent, together with her boyfriend, Jack Holland.

    Chapter 38.1 – Meeting the mother – part 2

Aniya answered with a serious face. “He is a Werewolf, mother. He was infiltrated in that group of Werewolves that father and I fought yesterday. He even changed into a Werewolf to go after those Werewolves’ leader, and he saved a bunch of Hunters. Those dumbasses tried to kill him in the end, just because he was a Werewolf. He is also the man I love. I am his Luna and he is my Alpha. We are the leaders of our pack of Werewolves, and our numbers are increasing. Very soon, there will be so many of us that the Hunters won’t have a chance. I was going to leave them alone as long as they didn’t go after a Werewolf, but after what happened to Violet, to my father and you? I won’t stand still. I will kill them all.” “More Chapter
