Everyone hat had first turned around with disdain paused. Their eyes stressed to try and recognize who this person could be. However, nobody could place it together no matter how hard they tried.

"Isn't that the King of Arena?" Someone finally analyzed it.

The King of Areana of the Sinclair family was nothing more than a counterfeit of the true God of battle, one that heralds the God of war.

A warm sensation rose through the chest of Lady Zin. If the King of Areana was there already, it could only mean that the God of war was just around the corner.

Over the last two years, it seemed as though the family had met a bottleneck, but with the God of war taking special interest in their case, their family was going to sore beyond the imaginations of anyone.

Madam Zins, together with Clinton stepped forward with shoulder raised to the sky.

Sparks of jealousy ignited in the hall. The God of war had never recognized anyone before.

Yet, he was going to do so for Sinclair's family with no clear reason.

"Good day, King Of Arena. We're beyond pleased to have you amongst us today!

Though we got the information late that the God of war would be arriving soon, we have already made adequate..."

A slap tore right through her face, preventing her from saying any further words, her lips ajar in shocks

"You heard the news and this is how you wish to welcome the almighty God of war? Savoir of the country and its surroundings?" He bloated out in anger.

His eyes shifted off to where Mazzle stood before returning his gaze to Madam Zin.

"And what do you think? That the God of war is going to be impressed by your cruel acts towards a port lady?

Is that what you learn from his selflessness? Seems like the Sinclair family are ready to get in his bad graces!"

People immediately shifted backward. Some instantly left the hall.

Nobody wanted to be in the bad grace of the almighty God of war or it was going to be deadly.

Every single member of the Sinclair family immediately crashed to their feet. Shaking like leaves on a tree.

"We are very sorry King of Arena. We only wished to entertain the God of war in the most possible way that we could!" They pleaded still shivering violently.

"Just hope that the God of War wouldn't be too angry!" He glared.

Without saying any further words, the king of Ariana walked over to where Mazzle and Kira stood bowing slightly.

Mazzle had already sent a signal that he didn't want his identity to be revealed to the general public just yet.

He drew in a deep breath as he turned around towards the rest of the crowd, tearing to hide the sweat that rained down from the corner of his face.

The kind of Arena shuddered silently. He could only hope that he had done his bit well.

"I will be escorting these people you maltreated me. If you have an issue with that, take it up with me!"

Together with Mazzle, the king of Areana walked off from the hall.

Kira could barely stand. Her legs wobbling from the lack of food and Mazzle had to hold her firmly in his hands.

And immediately they got off from the event center, she passed out.

A cold frown crossed Mazzel's face, forcing the God of Arena instantly to his feet.

"I will get the best facility to get her treated right away!" He announced, fright sipping through his bones.

The God of war had personally trained him and set him over the Eastside for about a year now. Yet, the county was still thickly override by corruption.

"There would be no need for that. I'm responsible for her so I'm going to treat her myself!"

Meanwhile, back at the party, Madam Zin watched the crowd gently with a bruised ego.

"It's all the fault of that Bastard. Coming over and causing so much trouble!" Her hands were curled into a tight ball.

"Mom, do you think that the God of War would still come?" Angel, daughter of Zin inquired.

"After everyone made it appear like we were maltreating him... I doubt that!"

Evil intentions are flawed deep throughout her mind.

"I can't allow him to go scot-free after everything that he has done. And I have to make sure that we get our price back!" She noted once again.

"And what do you have a mind mother?" Angel inquired a sinister smile that resembled her mother's also cutting through her face.

"Let's give them a taste of their own medicine. And they will come crawling back, begging that I sell them off!" Her lips broadened into a smile.

Meanwhile, Mazzel stayed back, taking care of Kira for three days while staying in touch with his son who was still with the Mayor.

And eventually, she woke up. A warm sensation rose through his Mazzle's chest, quickly moved forward to hug her.

However a resounding slap shot throughout the place causing the King of Areana's eyes to quickly widen from the point he stood, watching just outside the door. Mazzle could not afford any shock at her current state.

"Don't come any closer to me!" She glared with the last dose of strength that she had in her.

The lady had refused to get rid of her smile, but it was not contagious enough to had any effect on Mezzle. He still stared at her with wide eyes, not sure if he was supposed to go any closer to her. “This can’t be happening.” He muttered, taking in a deep breath. The soldiers had not seen him like that before, so it was almost impossible for them to comprehend what was happening. But they couldn’t call it fear, nor could they call it weakness. Nevertheless, it was unexplainable, and the harder they tried to understand it, the more difficult it was for them. So they continued staring while they kept their distance. The lady decided that it was time for her to get rid of the space that was between her and Mezzle. “Come give me a hug!” Her steps were getting quicker, her smile lingering as she spread her arms wide enough to contain Mezzle. “I have missed you so much!” She sighed as she wrapped her arms around him. Mezzle just stood still like a statue, but when he saw that th

Serenity seemed to have returned to the military base, but both the soldiers and the civilians had not stopped talking about everything that they had been through for days. What was more saddening were the lives that were lost. But even the properties that were damaged had taken a toll on them, and it was going to take a lot of time to process. Work was already in progress, but Mezzle was not certain that they were going to finish on time. The soldier in charge of the work was worried as well, walking up to him with a hopeless expression. He saluted and took a deep breath. “What do we do, General? We have little time left.” Mezzle looked around, and seeing that the houses that were destroyed had barely been touched, he sighed. “How many houses were destroyed, Lieutenant?” “Fifteen houses, General.” The Lieutenant said, causing Mezzle to arch his brows. He took a deep breath, and then he let it out slowly. “How many laborers do we have currently?’“About fifty workers are on boa

Seeing that their fate was soon going to be decided by the sharp edge of the dagger, the men shivered, staring with wide eyes and shivering lips. One of them who had refused to speak earlier lifted his hand nervously. “Allow me to speak, General.” He swallowed hard, not certain if he was going to get the permission he was seeking. At that moment, Mezzle looked around, but when he eventually returned his gaze to the man, he gestured to him. “Speak.” The man sighed heavily, looking at his companions left and right. “We are sorry, General Mezzle. We didn’t want to come here, but we had no choice. Our people are dying, and we don’t even have enough food to sustain them.”Mezzle growled. “That’s not a good reason to do what you did, Gentlemen. You killed my soldier and attacked us!”“WE are sorry, General!” Another man pleaded, and the others affirmed his words with deep nods. Mezzle had no time to spend with them. “I want you to go back to wherever you are coming from and speak to your

Mezzle thought that Eren was going to react to what he said just in case he wasn’t aware that the device was picking up the signal from outside Earth, but Eren still maintained his look. “Do you know what that means, Eren?”“Yes, I know, Mezzle.” Eren nodded confidently, and that gave the General a reason to pay attention to him. Eren took a deep breath. “Look, Mezzle. Getting into space is not going to be a big deal for us. We just need to figure out the exact location Yuri could be hiding and get to him.”Mezzle scoffed. “How do we do that?” He asked, still not seeing how that was viable. “By flying with the ships that we have.”“What ships, Eren? I am sure that you know that most of our war machines and even spaceships were destroyed by the aliens. Those were among the first things they destroyed, knowing how that could render us incapable.” Eren chuckled softly. “I am not talking about those ships, General.” He sighed, but realizing that Mezzle was still confused, he had to co

qqAll Eren had to do was listen attentively, and the moment he heard the same sound Mezzle was paying attention to, he sighed. “What is that?” “There is only one way to find out,” Mezzle responded, but Eren didn’t look like he was prepared to make that discovery at that moment. “Come on.” Mezzle was already on his way, following the direction that led to the sound, and he was left with no choice but to go with him.Slowly, they marched along the hallway that had debris and so many other things littered all over, avoiding the objects that could make noise and reveal their presence just in case there was anyone around. “Do you think this is a good idea?” Eren asked, but Mezzle silently continued moving, and in less than a couple of seconds, they had already arrived at the room where the sound was reverberating from. “That’s a portal.” Eren was the first to discover what the glittering opening on the wall was while Mezzle stood in front of it, unsure if it was safe to go closer. At

Olden knew not to waste any time when answering the General’s questions, but at that moment, he seemed to be a little bit overwhelmed by what the ladies said to him.Not only Mezzle, but the soldiers were also eager to hear what he was going to say. “Speak, Soldier!” Mezzle was running out of patience, and his outburst was enough to force Olden to speak. He took a deep breath. “They are from Barmia, General.” Mezzle sighed. “That’s one of the countries in the East.” He stared at the ladies for a while, and then he asked. “What else?” “They said they belong to a group called the Revolutionists.” “Revolutionists?” Mezzle, Eren, and some of the soldiers muttered. “Yes, General. They said it’s a group consisting of about ten countries. They are survivors of the apocalypse who decided to form a group.” Mezzle sighed, but even though he was glad to hear that there were more survivors than they thought, he still had some concerns. “What else?” Olden took a deep breath. “They said th
