The light wolf leader looked utterly perplexed, on one hand, its pack had the demonic bull encircled, yet now it had to account for Alec and his golems looming nearby.No matter how it calculated the outcome of the fight, it didn’t look good for its pack. It longed to finish the bull with full force, but the sudden appearance of this human and his golems had shifted everything. Worse, Alec had already killed one of its pack members, and the urge for revenge gnawed at it. Though the weapon looked strange, however the wolf couldn’t deny the suffocating aura of death pressing down on it, everyone knew, when a weapon was that close to the head, it meant a fatal blow. Alec finally stepped into the Third Level of the beast forest, this time brimming with confidence that things would be entirely different from his last two hunts.He slipped through the portal and, as always, found himself plummeting from the sky, but unlike before, there was no panic, he was already used to this descent.
