The room erupted into chaos before Zendy’s bodyguards could even move. Xander and Elias lunged forward first, grabbing the suited men by their arms while shouting over the noise.

“Stop! Not here!” Xander barked, his voice trembling between fear and authority. “Everyone, calm down!”

The bodyguards hesitated but didn’t lower their stance. Their eyes flicked toward Zendy, who was clutching her face with one manicured hand and glaring daggers at Jaden.

Meanwhile, Xander turned to Jaden, his expression dark and cold. “How dare you raise your hand to a guest!” he snapped. “Apologize to Ms. Brandy right now and ask for her forgiveness before this escalates!”

Jaden crossed his arms casually, completely unfazed. “Apologize?” he repeated with a faint smirk. “Why should I? If anyone owes an apology, it’s her — to my wife.”
