Nathan looked at the crest; he was not sure if it was the same as the one his family had. There was no clear difference, but then he was not sure if Loid might have had the same Crest. He didn't know if it was even possible for someone other than his family to carry the Crest like that.

He did not want to interrupt the process; he had found a way to make sure that the poison would leave his body, and he was not going to let it go to waste. He would use it and make sure that nothing would take the man’s body.

He waited for some time before he did something else to his body, but nothing showed that he was getting a response from the man and the treatment was going well.

He stood there looking at him; the crest was still on his mind, not knowing what the exact reason was why he felt that there was something connecting it to his family, and all he needed was to make sure that there was nothing going to keep him on edge the whole time.

“So you decided to leave? Asher, are you sure that this is the path you want to take?” Luther was looking at his brother, and he could see the determination in his eyes. He couldn’t stop him from leaving, but then he wasn’t trying to hold him back from going anywhere. Asher was packing up his things; he knew that there was no time to waste. The elders and his father had decided that they were going to give him off to marriage, making sure that he would remain their trump card if anything were to happen. “I can’t remain here, Luther, there has to be another way for me to see my life from another angle and not even think of being a weapon.” Lost in packing, he didn’t notice when someone else had appeared behind him. King Lucius stood behind his son, watching him try to escape the pack. “So you choose to leave your people. Over helping them take what is theirs?” Asher paused; he could feel it already. With the domineering presence standing behind him, he couldn’t even think properl

Asher stood there looking at Kamari and Anna. He couldn’t help but feel something odd about the vampire. Almost like she wasn’t meant to be one of them, but she had their traits and, denied or not, the blood of the vampire runner through her veins. “Odd girlie,” he muttered, turning back to head off he was not about to be late for something else. Heading back to Lunaria, he didnt want to have the problem of explaining where he had been to his father or that he had failed to kill a vampire just because she didnt feel like other vampires. After all, what was the Lycan Prince meant to do when he saw a vampire if it wasn't to slit their throat open and make sure they were not going to come back and hunt them. Asher was anything but the killing machine his father wanted; even though he had his own fair share of slain vampire troubles, he always made sure that there was no way for him to be marked as something that horrid.“Home sweet Home…” Asher was looking at the Lunaria Pack house, a

Locked in the prisons of Lunaria, Asher was wallowing in shame, trying to think of a way to break free before it was too late for him to even try to fight back. He knew what was going to happen; his fate was sealed, and no one would be able to stop the marriage from happening and even if he was going to try something. It was going to be futile; he was locked there, and his father would make sure he was taken to the people who would bring his new mate. ‘This can’t be happening, I need to get out of here and make sure that nothing is going to push me to be with that person.’ He was trying to break free, but the restraints were strong and they were meant for someone like him, and he was going to be held down all the time, so nothing would even come close to making him walk free. “My Lord, what are you doing here?” Asher heard the guards outside talking to someone; he presumed it was his father, and he was there to give him the message that he was bound to the rules of his people a
